Beautiful picture. Sound is a little off. Hesitates but might be our internet. We are very happy with this TV considering what we paid. It is a great value for the money. Now when we play a 4K movie the sound and picture is incredible.

Best tv you can buy without throwing around $1000+ for all the new bells and whistles. I got this for now, until the more expensive tvs drop in price. Very satisfied.

Got this TV for my parents (mainly my Dad) who had been using a old tube TV for the longest. They love the crispness of the picture and the bonus "Samsung channels" as my Dad calls them.

I used Geek Squad in February to retrofit my existing TV from cable to Roku and install a new TV with Roku in my Recreation Room. When my Vizio TV recently gave up the ghost, I ordered a new Samsung from Best Buy and Geek Squad installed it with the existing Roku. I am entirely satisfied with my purchase and installation. The reps who delivered and installed my new Samsung were friendly, professional and on time. They were properly equipped with masks and gloves and were socially separated during the entire time. They gave me the new remote and verbally instructed me in its use. I am a member of the total techinical support and will buy from Best Buy again in the future

The TV is a good quality for the money. The sound and picture are very good. While there are other TVs in a higher tier for a basic TV that is high quality, zi would reccomend this model.

My first smart tv. My older Samsung I repaired once myself after years of having it , it finally gave out. I like this so much better. I got a Samsung sound bar to go with it.

Treating ourselves with a new living room tv. Replacing a Vizio with this guy. Last year we bought a series 6 for our kitchen and love it. It definitely made this decision easy.

This television is a great choice for a room that won't accomodate a larger model. The picture is crystal clear and it is just perfect for what I was looking for.

Great TV love the ease of use withe the apps, The TV is not as bright as some of the others that I have but for the price I can’t complain. I have had zero issues with the TV.

I love my new Samsung tv! I love the remote, it’s so easy to use and I don’t need 3 remotes anymore! I love the interaction with Bixby, the clarity, what can I say! I love the tv!

I bought this tv for my mom to replace the old one she had the colors are not as dark to my comfort but the image quality/smoothness is great I recommend using this in dark rooms

The picture is great on this TV. 2 drawbacks are without the remote you cannot turn the tv on or off witch would be helpful if the remote is lost and some streaming channels are unavailable to use with a Samsung TV that I would like to use.

Has a good picture and the features like share screen (tap to start), Samsung TV+, and the voice command is so convenient!

Sharp picture— great color with crisp lines— the remote is streamlined and does take a little time to learn the controls—may need to add a sound bar in the future

This tv comes with good instructions and are important to read when understanding on how to use this tv. I love the voice activating channel changing part. Great picture
