Great TV

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a Samsung 7000 series and worked great for 2 yrs with exception of wifi and bluetooth progressively getting worse and dropping connection. TV ran hot and always heated up the room with TV temps of 106 f . Switched to this model. Seems to be having worse connection problems with wifi and bluetooth and alot of the settings are greyed out and options perm chosen for you. On a good note Best Buy is working very hard to make things right and insure I get the TV that makes me happy. Wouldnt shop anywhere else than the store I shop at. They're great there with customer service.

I am going to buy the model that is compatible with Alexa it will make it a lot easier for me to operate.
