Don’t waste your money

It seems to bounce between either natural or standard at will (despite what setting you choose). Sound is good. The UI is horrible. The home screen/app bar is atrocious. Way too many ‘editors choice’ apps that you can’t move, modify, or remove. The several app bars cover 1/2 the screen automatically. You can move your apps (netflix, prime, Hulu, etc). But those don’t always move to where you want them to be. Bixby (another AI) doesn’t always listen to what you want. You can say everything perfectly according to the tutorial, but it’ll fail to act properly. Settings: many options are greyed out, so there is no way to work with all support settings. Support call: they will not quite grasp what is happening and their default is ‘unplug the Tv and leave unplugged for 30 seconds’ when they don’t know what else to do. Oh that solves your problem, grest! They assume that I’m going to reboot the Tv and router whenever something goes wrong. Samsung has missed all the marks here.

If Bixby does not respond to your voice, turn on the Voice Wake-up function, and then try again.
Go to Settings, then Voice Wake-up
You can also try adjusting sensitivity setting to optimize Bixby's response. You can adjust from low to medium(default), or high
