The picture is clean and crisp with the HDR. I stream everything and do not use cable. The 4k is better than expected with the qled and makes the colors bright if needed or nice and dark. The darks do not look gray as in a lot of other sets. I would have to say my only complaint is the motion refresh rate. It only is available in 60 and if it only came in 240 or something higher I would give this tv a perfect rating. The price is not to bad but on the higher end for just a 60 rated refresh rate.

Our Motion Rate 120 is a metric that combines the panel’s native refresh rate, image processing, and backlighting technology. This produces a rating that better conveys the TV’s overall motion performance.
Have you tried Auto Motion Plus? It is a feature designed to eliminate blur and judder on an LED TV, specifically in fast moving images. You can find and change it under Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

I do not like how small the apps are but not a big deal. I got the 8 series bc the remote was similar to the fire TVs. Simple and easy.

I had researched pricing on Amazon and the pricing was comparable. I decided to go with Best Buy because they were close to my residence. In the event that I had questions or a problem with the TV it made sense. The buying process was simple. Delivery was excellent; the staff showed up with the TV when they said they would. I also purchased a two year Geek squad policy and was able to get questions answered when I needed to.
