Didn't have much of a choice to pick from since TVs seem to be in limited supply during Covid. Made an appt to go in the store but rec'd a text that it was cancelled . No reason was given. Then rec'd voice mail that we didn't say what the appointment was for therefore they didn't know what associate to assign us to. Said to call and let them know. Called numerous times and no-one would answer the phone. Appt was made with an associate when we went to the store and were informed we had to make an appt. They asked at that time for what product and we told them a TV. f Finally got through and reconfirmed appt date and time. It was very chaotic

This was a replacement for my 2007 Samsung 46" TV. I actually started with the 50" TV, but after setting it up, it was smaller than my old 46" TV (due to the 46" having a larger frame). Since I was within the 14-day window, I decided to exchange for the 55" and I'm so glad that I did! Samsung makes a great product! My 2007 was working great until a few months ago, so that was a nice, long lifespan.
