This, however, concerns me. I purchased a NEW Samsung and should not have to contact the company for defects about which they were well aware. I should have been told at purchase that there is a possibility that you may experience this situation, and if so, we will take care of it. This way I'm informed and have the CHOICE to purchase said tv or choose another. I was not give that OPTION!!!
