I think I prefer my Roku tv

I was convinced by the salesman this tv was one of the best because of the color and pixels. It’s a solid tv. It’s very clear in picture but I feel the ease and simplicity of my Roku tv is better. The remote for the Samsung is too narrow for me as well

Best buy is where I go

They have the biggest selections of cell phones to choose from hands down. Again They have the best price. I've had no problem returning anything. And everyone is very helpful. And they know there stuff. They answer my questions and give me more information than I asked for. Helping me make a good purchase. Best buy is the place where I go.

Read the expert reviews and you'll see the whole story. I didn't read them prior to buying and might have upgraded....but for the $550 I paid I got my money's worth. I'm satisfied with the TV but next time I will probably a) read all the reviews and do more research and b) upgrade to the QLED line and spend a little more money. This unit has a lot of moire distortion and darks are really too dark.
