TV was extremely easy to set-up! From getting out of the box to programming all our favorite apps - Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Disney+. Thanks for making things so simple for those who aren't very techy. Great picture quality; lightweight;

Amazing tv. Had to downgrade from a 60 “ when I was put on a geek squad waiting list but they decided to send out a third party to mount it and had me helping the guy.. he seemed like he had no idea what he was doing and not only that but after he mounted it it was very non level, Leaning hard to one side. Eventually the tv fell off the wall because he used toggle bolts and didn’t hit the studs lol! Had the tv for about a month before it fell.. took well over 3 months for them to send me a check for the damages and the cost of the tv. So ridiculous, but the 55” is amazing and actually fits on my Long bookshelf right where I want it . Has amazing quality and features.. highly recommend Samsung TVs they are awesome

Great quality, easy to use, free built in channels. Set up is intuitive, easy to add apps. Remote control small and slick, not too many confusing buttons. I hung it up and it was easy to install with a standard wall mount.

The 8 Series 4k offers amazing quality and a crystal clear picture. Setup is incredibly user friendly and handles most items automatically. While it doesn't pack the visual punch its big brothers in the Q line have, it is definitely a good value for those who are simply looking for a good sized TV with a quality 4K experience. The speakers are a bit anemic, so I would definitely suggest pairing this with a soundbar or other audio solution of your choosing. The One Remote system is a nice feature with quick access buttons for the more common apps you are likely to use (Netflix, Prime Video, etc). The user interface within the smart hub can be a bit daunting to someone who isn't tech savy, but it has a low learning curve that many will be able to pick up rather quickly. A great value.

I love my new Samsung TV. The picture colors are so vidid. I love the ability to use so many apps which are already included in the TV. The speak control in the remote is also a good feature. The price is good.

We are very happy with this TV. Great picture good sound and the smart apps were very east to setup. We were surprised how the quite small and simple remote actually runs our Dish Hopper in spite of having a fraction of the buttons the Dish mote . the only problem we had was the feet on the set were too wide for our black TV stand. The spread we found online was the distance between attachment points NOT the distance for the four legs it actually stands upon. We solved the problem by adding a black 4 ft shelve to the stand. Looks like it was intended to be there from the factory. 10 bucks.

Perfect tv and great upgrade from my 2016 LG. Much faster it’s smoother it has Google assistant integration and a suite of apps including Apple TV+. Lightweight and easy to install. Remote is great too.

We originally purchased the 65 inch 7 series. We decided that the tv was too large for our space, but we were also very disappointed with the picture and sound quality of the 7 series. After reading reviews, we decided to purchase this 55 inch 8 series. BEST decision EVER!! The picture and sound are WAY better than the 7 series. The Smart tv features and remote are intuitive. It was also extremely quick and easy to set up. Everyone in my family....which includes a grumpy hubby and 3 opinionated teens...think this television is GREAT! They will even sit and watch their shows with me. Shocking. I highly recommend this television as an affordable option because of it's good picture and sound quality.

We’re very happy with our new TV. We were returning our initial purchase to exchange for one compatible with our cable/internet provider The young man in the store was so helpful, respectful and cheerful it was a truly pleasant experience. The young man who delivered and set it up was knowledgeable and efficient and impressive. We’re happy with our outcome. Our suggestion would be to connect your sales staff closer to your installers to become knowledgeable about the information they need from customers to make sure they will actually meet their needs; example you can’t buy a Sony if your streaming provider is Charter unless you want to use aRoku or similar device.

Great TV. Bought this for study/rec room. So Pleased, Will buy this in a 65 in. TV for media room. Fantastic picture. Lightweight for mounting on wall or a table/cabinet. Easy to select options.

The TV was extremely easy to set up, took only minutes. Fantastic picture quality, very easy remote to use....doesn't have 50 buttons to pick from only 11 plus a direction circle. Love it!!! :-)

This tv has been outstanding quality and very easy to use! Set up was very smooth and it works great over long extended periods both watching tv or movies and for gaming!

We were looking at other more expensive options and then decided we didn’t want spend more than the 500 to 600 dollar range. We play Spotify over this and the sound is very good. Apps are easy to arrange and we picked this brand because we could load the Spectrum cable app which saves us money on the box every month. Still cannot record on cloud DVR with Spectrum which they say is being ironed out. I like the ambient mode in the picture or wall blend background . We have an old house so our living room is narrow. 55 inches works well. With the picture mode we can put that on and have this over the fireplace . Post-covid when we have company again we will be able to use that so we don’t have the black blob over our fireplace when the tv is off. I think it’s a great tv in this price range and a reliable brand .

Gorgeous! It was a gift with a friend for my mother's 96th birthday. She has no problem reading the screen now! It's like having a movie theater in our family room because we have it at the perfect distance from where we sit. HBO max is great to have, voice on the remote, all kinds of great features... or mom can just use the cable remote like she always did. Set up was super easy, just follow the prompts. Color and detail are beautiful. You can see every pore on a person's face, whether you want to or not. To top it off we got a great open box deal at the warehouse store.

I had won old Samsung but this one is a really Smart TV it connects immediately with Comcast, Apple TV and the surround sound, it very easy to use and image is amazing.

I don't tell my wife this, but when our old TV died I said "Yes!" (on the inside) because I knew it was time to upgrade to an UHD 4 K television. I went to Best Buy and looked around at the various options and prices, and the picture quality on this Samsung 55' 8 Series 4K UHD TV immediately caught my eye. And the price was reasonable. I know I made the right decision went, after it was installed (Thanks, Geek Squad!) I went to YouTube and searched for 4K fireworks videos. Went to the Disney closing light show and the 2020 fireworks in, of all places, Dubai, and the colors were eye popping. It was like I was there! Great TV.

Long time Samsung buyer and this TV did not disappoint. Great size and easy to use as a Smart TV with lots of apps. Picture clarity and sound good too. Excellent price

This is the best smart tv, it maybe not be the top trend but works like it should! Affordable and everything i need is in one system.
