Very clear TV. sound is good for a TV. Very lightweight. The remote is very simple and easy to learn.

This TV was easy to install and mount to the wall with the Brackets (sold separately). Make sure to download the SmartThings App to control all of your Samsung products and keep them updated. Works perfectly with Bose Soundbars for surround sound systems in case you want a home theater. Visual quality is beautiful and the TV sound itself is good. In total we own (4) 55” Samsung TV’s and (2) 65” Samsung TV’s. We Love Samsung! Thank you Best Buy for your recommendations!

This tv has such a great picture. All this with a low price. Also comes with Samsung TV. Very easy to use also.

After looking at the reviews for this TV I decided to give it a shot. I wasn't looking for the latest and greatest as it's going into a spare room used for sewing, hanging out, guest bedroom.. I've been very pleasantly surprised regarding the quality and features of the TV especially it this uhm..cheap price=point. I highly recommend it.

Love the picture. Deep blacks while maintaining bright whites. The sound quality is awsome. Plenty of adjustment capabilities. The advance remote (auto cable/sat programing) capability saves time trying to match the remote to the tuner. The operating platform (apps/browser) is plentiful and user friendly. All and all a great buy. I added the 5 year extended warranty, as there is always a chance of that unfortunate "fail."

I love this TV. Setting it up was easy, it comes with pre downloaded apps (that you can remove if you want) and you can easily download other apps that you want. The picture is fantastic and the sound is also great. It also easily connects to bluetooth headphones so I can watch television without disturbing everyone else in my house.

This television is very well done. As a blind television user, the accessibility features are well implemented. The remote doesn’t have too many buttons, just enough. My sighted children and guests have commented on the visual quality of it. They are all very impressed with its performance. The layout of the remote I like a lot. Most remote have way too many buttons in my opinion but this one has just enough to make them easy to memorize. Space The sound of the TV is better than other TVs I have owned in the past but a soundbar is still preferred.

Looking to replace our current non-smart Samsung and this one fit the bill size and price wise. Hassle free shopping on line and virtually no contact pick up. Hook up was simple almost a plug and play after connecting to home internet. Picture and sound quality are amazing. And this thing is as light as a feather. Just snap in the legs and watch TV

I got this Samsung TV to replace another brand that was plagued with problems, I did have an extended warranty from Best buy and they were wonderful trying to repair it, when all failed they replaced it with another tv of my choice since the other was out of production. The Samsung Chrystal UHD is outstanding, beautiful picture easy to setup and operate, I really think it’ll be a great tv for the long haul.

It replaced a wall-mounted 47 inch that had failed. The installation crew was very careful and thorough. They set up the TV for all our needs as well as hooking up the sound bar system. They programmed the cable remote to function with the TV. The image is crystal clear and the colors are brilliant. As a smart TV, it gives access to Disney+, Netflix Hulu and many others. We are most pleased with the purchase.

I was going to get the TCL 6 series and got this tv instead on the recommendation of the floor worker. I also purchased a Samsung sound-bar. As someone who has only owned Black Friday Tvs- this is a welcome upgrade in quality. The remote doesn't have numbers, but fits the build of what we expect in a new remote (small, ergonomic, has voice control). Buy this TV is you want a 4k tv that good, but not overpriced.
