He knew his product, made viable suggestions, and very patient. Great Installers: Both Seth and Beau, very professional, installed both the brackets and set up the DVD, programmed my existing remotes. I could not be more pleased with the 3 of them. He is extremely knowledgeable, personal, efficient, and knows his products/information without having to refer to spec sheets or checking with someone else on the floor.
