Easy to setup and easy to navigate. Only wish remote had more buttons, otherwise remote is good for voice activated commands. Crystal Clear picture and reliable Samsung interface.

This is my 3rd Samsung TV. As always, the picture quality is awesome. Sound is good too. They improved the responsiveness of the OS. Settings are familiar. Includes a smart remote and supports Google Assistant. I highly recommend this TV.

I got this television for an exchange because of an electrical surge which blow out the control panel. Since I am not very good with electronics I liked my old television better because it was not so complicated. If I try to use the smart areas I always get lost and the control is just as complicated for me. So I now have a simple control and I can still watch a lot of programs that I like. I don't like the 2 small feet as they don't seem to be as secure as the center stand but that seems to be what all the TVs have now. So other than my personal problems with the TV being so "Smart" I have no complaints. It works fine and I have the option to go to the smart programs if I really want to try doing it.

I’ve had this TV for over two years now almost 3 and about three months ago started giving me problems with the screen, shutting off blinking and at the moment it has a yellow line across the screen. This TV has never been moved around. It’s got mounted and has always been mounted on the wall so there’s no reason for it to be messing up.

Best tv we've had in years. the upgrade between the one we had to this one was massive. definitely enjoying it and the picture is fantastic. I wish the sound was louder as it sometimes has to sit near 85-90/100 on the volume meter to be good for movies.

We tried several brands including LG and Roku before we grabbed this Samsung. The UI is smooth and easy to use on this model compared to other brands. Samsung is our first choice when buying TVs now.

I LOVE this TV. I was concerned about the product but once I set it up I was pleasantly pleased. I have it mounted in the room and it's like being in a theatre. The colors are vivid and the sound is perfect.

Tv is pretty good! I have a Samsung Qled an this is really not that much of a difference when comparing the two picture’s quality. I found out that adjusting the many different settings, you will come to find one that fits you.

As most everyone knows, there isn't any commercial made 8k video product available, but this 4k tv is just lovely and crisp at an incredible price I paid of $499. It's a long way from my 750i 2006 Panasonic 55 inch for $3400.

I bought this tv on Thursday and was delivered on Saturday and I absolutely love it! I've never owned any other brand of tv besides Samsung simply because they make the best electronics. I had to get a new tv because the samsung I'm replacing in my bedroom finally died. I can't complain though because it lasted 12 years. That is what I meant when I said samsung make the best electronics when it comes to tv. You can't beat the quality of Samsung. The new tv has a beautiful picture for watching shows and movies. The tv is super thin compared to older tv's that had a little bit of a back to them. The thin bezel is unbelievably noticeable compared to the older tv I had. I feel like I have more screen now instead of the thick bezel from my older tv. I noticed in some of the reviews that people mentioned a ticking or dripping sound when the tv is off but I didn't hear any kind of noises. Even after leaving the tv on overnight because I forgot to set sleep timer before I fell asleep and then turned it off when I got up in the morning. So far this tv is awesome and you can't beat it for the $499 price tag. When people send me comparisons between 2 different brands of tv the choice will always be samsung. I would recommend samsung over any other brand every time when it come to tv's for theatre and family rooms. Even when gaming, samsung has the best picture around. I only dabbled a little bit with the smart features and apps because all of those features are already available on my Xfinity X1 cable box. From what I saw and experience though, the features are very responsive with no delays. When I first hooked the tv up to my Xfinity box I noticed that the resolution would not display in 4K then realized I was coming from a tv that only had a resolution of 1080P. I quickly fixed the issue by going to an Xfinity store and swapping the HD box out with a 4k box. When I got home and hooked the 4K box up, the picture was even more clear and crisp. The sound quality could be a little better compared to my older tv but really is not that bad. For a medium sized bedroom, the sound quality is more than enough for me. I am completely impressed with overall picture and quality of this tv and as said before, you can't beat the price tag. This was truly a great buy! 5 stars easily!

Great TV for casual viewing, however wouldn’t recommend for gaming.

This replaced a 2016 55 inch Samsung and the main reason, I couldn't get PBS app on the 2016, and yes I could use Roku but another remote wasn't the answer for me. The remote I received with unit was a little small for my hands but Amazon had one a bit bigger that would work with this tv. Picture quality was what I noticed compared to the 2016 model, and I seen a big improvement. This is the 4th Samsung tv for us and not much more you can say about this one except money well spent. I watched BB pricing on tv's and when there price is what you'll willing to pay, pull the plug and pick one up, were not disappointed with it.

We have used this tv for our upstairs family room. It has a great picture quality. The remote can be a little delayed at times. I only notice a few seconds delay. That probably has more to do with internet and apps than actual remote. Overall great quality for the price.

Two years using this TV and this is one of the best TVs I have owned.

EXCELLENT, clear picture. Sound is also great which is hard to find. Sometimes you have to crank TVs up to 75 to hear it. This is a wonderful TV!

Samsung makes a good product. I like the features and performance of the brand. This model is good for the purpose I chose to purchase. Good picture, sounds ok lots of free channels, some of no value, but still lots of them.

I'm almost a full year into this TV and it has been absolutely amazing. The sound is great the picture is great the size is perfect. Looking to purchase a second one

Purchased this TV for my father, and we both agree that the picture quality is excellent. This is his first Smart TV, and he loves finally being able to watch his video Apps on a great big 4k TV screen instead of his phone, although the Smart Remote leaves a bit to be desired. The proper voice commands are unclear, and operating the remote via the limited number of actual physical buttons is hampered by how unbelievably tiny they are. They’re definitely not made for people with wide fingers. Overall though, despite the quibbles with the remote, and the unclear initial operating instructions, I’d recommend this TV to anyone looking for a visually amazing television at a reasonable price.

Tv was easy to set up.pictures are clear love the color. Size 55. Was a good size Delvery of tv went well. Glad we got the sound bar with it. Always encourge others to shop at best buy.

The television is good. Picture quality is great only night or dark scenes makes it hard to see but with a few adjustments it looks good. The sound quality is good not the best but good.
