We love this TV! The picture is extremely sharp and clear. Admittedly, the sound is not the best, but we have a small living room so it is fine for us.

What can I say? Samsung quality and value. Every TV I own is a Samsung. I'd compare them to a Curtis Mathis, but some readers may not remember Curtis Mathis! 2 Thumbs up!

We have had this for almost a year now. Great TV for the price point. Colors are deep and rich, screen is bright, sound quality is good and the remote is very simple.

The sound quality and the picture is amazing. I always wanted a samsung product and it never disappoints me in delivering an impeccable gadget.

Excellent. We recently cut our cable and now just stream what we watch. With the Samsung tv you get the Samsung tv plus with a large variety of channels and use apps for shows, local news, movies, etc. We were paying for some subscriptions and had a dish bill that ran the same old movies. The tv itself is great picture, sound quality, easy to use with a simple remote. We love and only buy Samsung products. If your considering cutting the cable, do it. Best decision we made.

My TV in our workout room died. We use it every morning. This was a Scepter and was not great. I had also had poor experience with the newer Sharp TV's since they were purchased by the Taiwan company FoxConn. I have had consistent great performance from Samsung and have especially enjoyed the 65" Q80 we put in our living room in August of 2019. The user interface for the smart features and apps is great as you don't have to switch hdmi inputs. It does it for you. So I was looking for a lower cost but similar user experience for our workout room. While Crystal UHD doesn't have the peak performance picture and sound of the Q80, it's a great TV with excellent sound that provides clear dialog right out of the box. The only downside to Samsung in general is, as of this review, they do not support the Dish anywhere app or the AMC+ app. I added a Amazon fire stick to an extra hdmi port and the TV recognized it and incorporated the firestick into the main smart menu. I ways buy the extended warranty on all of our TV purchases but I can honestly say that I haven't had to use it on a Samsung ( so far). Highly recommend this one.

Great picture quality! Super bright screen which is nice, and the sound quality is excellent.

The TV works for what we need it to do. Our old TV started having issues and it was time to get a new one. Since we use cloud service for DVR and service, it was important that our new TV provide us with a clear picture and reliable streaming. We picked it up last night and everything worked well except for the ability to fast forward through commercials on shows that are recorded. Unfortunately there is not a fast forward option on the remote. Remote is limited. Everything else is great.

Fits perfect in my sons room. I might buy another one for the other guest room... shows good and they can game on it when they get a lil older.

Works great for me. It is better than previous version. No delay, response quickly, crystal clear, thin, graphics crystal clear.

Perfect size for my room. I was able to mount it to my bedroom wall and it moves forward and sideways. Screen is so clear and have had no problems at all.
