Screen Went Bad in 2 1/2 years

Just two years and few months in, the right side of the screen went mostly black. It's effectively garbage. Keeping it for a bit as it can sort of work out and kind of watch 1/2 the news. : ). But really, well out of the 90 day warranty, but seriously... under 3 years for a screen for a $400+ TV? Maybe we just got a bad one, but this will be the last Samsung.

Great TV, one annoying flaw

The only thing I don’t like is this: you buy a thin TV to mount it close to a wall. Most of the connections on the back are recessed so cables can lie flat EXCEPT THE OPTICAL CABLE, the one cable that can’t be bent at an angle. That’s disappointing. Otherwise, great TV.
