It took me a while to learn how to use the remote. Pushing the remote buttons upward and downward was not what I expected. I had to have someone show me how to use the remote. So far so good.

Though you may require a soundbar or an external speaker for proper sound. I had a good experience with it. Been nearly a month. The only downside is that it has limited apps to install and does not give you full screen when casting from the phone

Great Picture sound is ok

The operating system is slow and lags at times. Added an AppleTV and works great. Sound seems to be lacking will most likely have to add a sound bar.

To ensure performance is fully optimized, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update.
Next, we will utilize the self-diagnostic tool, which further optimizes performance, checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
Additionally, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

The clarity and brightness were immediately noticeable. We've got a fairly bright living room and this shows great. Had to turn off motion smoothing, and if we were using a PS5 or Xbox I think it would be a bigger issue, but for streaming and the Switch it is great.
