Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, I had a lot of less-than-expected experiences with this television in spite of the fact that it's one of the highest-rated televisions no matter where you look, even outside of Best Buy's ratings. The user interface is difficult to get used to. The remote is also difficult to get used to. The TV software, Tizen, is clunky, it freezes up, and is frankly very slow. Luckily with the geek squad protection I purchased, I have a 90-day return policy. I went back and forth for weeks because every time I was unhappy with the television, I would see how it is out rated other televisions, but in the end, I realized if I had this much back-and-forth in my thinking, I had to return the television. I can't recommend this TV.

Was easy to set up and install and set up. Very pleased with the tv overall. Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. We were in and out of the store in a timely manner.

Easy setup, great picture and decent sound right out of the box. The interface is pretty intuitive as well. The remote is a beautifully designed object, but a little quirky at first - a learning curve.

It paired with my cable carriers remote control almost immediately. I'm one of those people that can only tell the difference between this TV and a $1,000 TV if I look at them side by side.

Easy to set up..picture is great- I love that Samsung has its on channels as well! You can almost find just about whatever is on cable in their channels!!

Does not install MAX & tv doesn’t respond to remot

We have always bought Samsung. No problems with any of my Samsung tv’s in the past. Well this one is not good! I added MAX in my apps when recently HBOMAX was eliminated and is now MAX. I could not get the app to open. Got error messages. It’s not my internet service cuz I added the new MAX app on my other TV in my home and it sintalled and working fine. Also the remote sometimes freezes and the tv does not respond to the remote. Press a button and nothing happens. Maybe 1 minute after I press any button it will respond. Just super slow to respond. 5 months old and I’m ready to ditch it. No more Samsung tv’s for me!

The remote is a little to slim and small to handle and it does not light up in the dark making it hard to navigate. Otherwise its a great TV and I am very happy with my purchase.
