Love everything about our new TV with one glaring problem. The sound and picture are often not synchronized. Makes it difficult to watch when voices and lips seem to be independent of one another! Can this be fixed? Let me know. Thanks

This has a great picture. Especially the 4K. Nice and clear. This was a good price and value for the product. I am glad the sales person discussed which model to go with. They were very helpful.

After buying this item, I can now watch futboll games with family and friends, especially on a friday night. The quality and the variaty of channels is outstanding. Definetly recommend!

this is the 3rd TV I buy of this model; I like the ability to use streaming such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV without the need for another device. Very easy start-up. Bright colors and clear picture.

Love Samsung tvs. Cant go wrong. This TV was an upgrade to an older LG smart Tv. I am never disappointed. Already have a sound bar so just hooked the tv to that.

Initial purchase everything was great, used as a bedroom tv. Only 2.5yrs old and several months ago (just past the warranty date) the volume control stopped working and after countless resets i broke down and purchased another remote with the same issue. Volume ceased to work.

We purchased this tv almost a month ago. Thus far, enjoying the quality, the color and the sound of the tv. Great and clear picture content rather watching tv or playing video games.

Very nice tv the picture is very clear, the sound is also much better than I thought it was going to be. I feel that the remote should be more user friendly.

Excellent clarity of image. Multiple HDMI ports. The remote is light and sleek but lacks the ability to be programmed to work with other Samsung devices like a blu-ray player or such.

This is a great 4K tv for the price. I bought this for a tv to go behind my home bar. The tv has a great sound and ease of use. The tv remote took me Some time to get used to it. The quality is good especially for the price.

Picture is far better than LG UP8000 as it has the same vibrant rich colors but not as dark (which is why I returned LG). Although the LG never had the audio crackle with my xbox, whereas no matter what I do the Samsung audio crackles with xbox series s, even with most recent update and on any port (changed two different monster hdmis so its not the cable). All other hdmi devices do not crackle with it, only the xbox. But its not the xbox because it never crackled on the LG. I also had the TU8000 and the xbox stopped crackling on the recent update for the TU8000, but the TU8000 picture is awful and faded whereas the AU8000 has a really great picture! So I put up with the random crackle on xbox for excellent picture.

Had this TV for a while, Base ui is a little laggy but I have noticed that with most Smart tvs. I sually run these with a firestick anyways

Product is ok. I won't say it is an amazing one... The remote is slow, also the voice command does not work always. Not a value for money I suppose.

Good TV. Picture quality is what I have come to expect from Samsung. There are a couple of quirks with it: 1) The “source” menu sometimes shows up when I first turn it on and requires the TV remote to get it gone 2) The TV has intermittent connection issues (via Bluetooth) to our Samsung soundbar. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the TV or the soundbar but our previous Samsung TV did not have any connection problems. 3) Had to turn off an “upscaling” feature for our LG BluRay player to play correctly; previous Samsung TV did not have this issue. I like the fact that Disney+ is an app that can be easily added. Our previous Samsung required us to mount a USB device and save it on the device due to space limitations. No other issues have been noted.

Picture quality is great. Color pops.I have it in a well lit room and the picture is great. Love the remote. Using sound bar so no comment on tv sound.

Haven't had the tv very long, but so far, so good. Easy to set up and connect to satelite tv. Great color and shRp images. Need to see how it jolds up before giving it a fifth star.

I had issues with set-up. It froze up at a certain step and I had to call technical support. He was immediately familiar with the issue so it seems that I'm not the first. Had it not been for that glitch, set-up would have been a breeze. The picture is crystal clear and color is vibrant, however, the sound quality is not great. I found myself turning the volume up and down, non-stop, anywhere from 6 to to 40, and then jumping out of my skin when a show went from a talking scene to an action scene. Needless to say, I had to buy my first sound bar. If you're willing to spring for the sound bar, you will be very happy with this TV. You can't beat the price.

This tv is easy to use and has a beautiful picture. This is actually my second Samsung I've purchased from Best Buy and will probably invest in more.

I love this TV so far. It's large enough for my family room, it's equipped with all the latest technology options and the picture is great for the price. I love it.

Ultra clear picture. Lightweight tv with a quality picture in any setting. I’ve purchased about 5 of this style ranging from 55-75 inches. Love them all
