We had no idea of what we had to do to set it to our cable. No one told us, not the salesmen or anyone, sure not the delivery people. We were told they would help set it up for us because we told them my husband Roy had 10 back surgeries and couldn't. They couldn't wait to get out of here, they set it down and ran, we yelled please help and they never looked back. It took us a week to set up to cable because everytime we turned it on it was Samsung. At least 20 phone calls and help from neighbors to finally get it to come on. We're still not sure how to use it. We are both 79 and just needed a new TV. So we are not happy with Best Buys service.

I have three of them in my business (55, 65, an 75") This model (AU8000) is very thin and if mounted with the "Samsung 2021 Slim Wall Mount" it protrudes only about 1.5 inch from the wall including the bracket. The screen is bright, at least in our indoor setting. I can't say how it works for gaming, etc., but very happy with it for typical use. It comes with screen-protector strips for lifting it, which are important because it's so thin. I bought the Samsung 650 sound bar for one of the TV's. Sound quality is excellent, although if you want really loud sound you might want the larger model.

It has a much better picture than expected and works well with my antenna and wifi to receive all of my comcast channels. The Samsung Tiezen system includes a lot of additional channels for wifi that appear as channels under all of the over the air channels that I receive from my antenna. Adding in my Netflix and Hulu subscriptions, I have a wide choice of channels with this TV. The sound is not great, but adequate for where I have the TV. I would recommend a sound bar or home entertainment amp and speakers to gain the full experience, if used as a main TV.
