My Sharp Roku that I’d come to love quit due to internet problems so I read reviews on tvs online and this tv was highly recommended. Within 10 minutes after tech installed it and left, I lost internet and finally figured out how to get it back on my own since tech hadn’t gone over that detail with me. There were also other things on the remote I was told not to worry about which, again, I’ve learned come in handy. I almost swapped it for a new Roku - until I saw the price difference! So I decided I could learn most of the features, I have and still am. I was told during initial installation I could no longer use my Magnavox Blu-ray DVD player - but again I researched and hooked it up yesterday. My sound still varies, even with my sound bar, but I’ve researched how to adjust it and I’ve decided the sound level must have to do with the channel and movie playing - unless someone tells me otherwise. I’m glad I got the Total Tech service because it has already proved worth the $ and they really care about their customers. All in all, I like my new Samsung 8000 Tizen tv!

Hung it up on a wall and all is GREAT!! Comes on fast, nice apps, features and expect it to represent the brand name quite well :)

Last chance Samsung TV!

We suspect it was the One Connect box that went bad on it, but haven’t confirmed that yet. This newer tv does not have the One Connect so hopefully it will last longer than the previous model. Time will tell. The price was reasonable. If it happens again, we are done with Samsung TV’s!

The picture quality is crisp and the built in Smart TV software is good. The new Samsung remote and great. I was able to pair my receiver with easy and the buttons feel just right even in the dark (and also easy to remember). It would be nice to have at least one additional HDMI port but I knew that going in.
