Smart remote ???

Each time a reset of the remote was required. The older remote from an older Samsung worked with the new tv. When I couldn't get Samsung tv plus to show on the new tv with a good wifi connection, using the old remote the plus function would show on the new tv. No help from Samsung after contacting them.

I schedule it for Wed the 27th and now they are supposedly arriving Friday. I really hope I do get them this Friday I can’t just be stuck at home all week waiting for them to arrive for them to never get here.

Excellent TV but beware Tizen OS limitations

The only negative I have is that the Tizen OS is limited on apps that it can get. Be sure to check if it has apps that you use on a regular basis. There are some streaming apps that we now must mirror from our phones.
