My previous TV was older and I had to use a firestick to stream. I love the remote. It is easy to use and also controls my soundbar and cable box so only one remote is needed. The picture is crisp and clear and the price was so affordable!

Remote is frustrating

You have to spend more money to buy a remote for Samsung tv. The remote is frustrating. Not handy. I would like to say the customer service at Best Buy is frustrating. I will think about it before I buy anything at Best Buy.

To learn the various features, functions, and settings of the TV and Remote, you can download the User Manual and Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the AU8000 under Crystal UHD TVs > A Model Lineup.

Perfect Size for My Bedroom

Image is great, colors are fantastic and the menu allows you to do many things. The apps feature allows you to download all the popular streaming brands of today. You may listen to music through Spotify. And its remote control and use is very friendly. Great purchase for the money.

We have had positive experiences with Samsung in the past. I have to say that Samsung did not disappoint with this model so far. I was going to get a sound bar initially, but decided to wait until later. I am glad that I did. This TV has more than enough boom for me. I would recommend this TV. Great value for the price.
