So far, so good! I am really enjoying the large screen and the picture is very sharp and clear. I think I made the proper decision purchasing this TV. By the way, the gentleman that helped me at the store listened to me and did help me select this TV..

Relatively easy to set up. Delivery service was excellent. Price was fair and competitive. Overall a good experience. Only con and it’s not only with this set was the easy ability to connect to old sound accessories without additional devices.

Very happy with our new TV. Getting rid of the "BOX" and clutter of wiring is great. Our old tv served us well for 20 years, what a deference with our new one. Great product.

We're aging & there's no other way to say it. However, this TV is crisp, clear, bright and we're so impressed. Do you know that feeling when you just got new eye glasses from the doctor and all of sudden you could see the leaves on a tree? This is that experience.

Love my new tv. I have 2 indoor cats and needed a very stable tv. It is very stable and the picture quality is excellent. Love it fact I can listen to the tv with my earbuds thru bluetooth and then if I want to listen to the tv speakers all I have to do is put the earbuds back in their case. the speakers are very good too.

We are enjoying our new 55" TV. The reason for not giving it a "5" rating is due to it being so complicated. We have had to call Spectrum several times to rectify a problem or for messages coming up on the screen that kept us from going any further without calling. Picture is wonderful! Sound consistently changes.

We love our new tv. It is a personal upgrade for our room. We purchased along side a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer. It has a crystal clear picture, and great sound even without the soundbar. Amazing feature and a large selection of apps.

I was very happy with the purchase of this TV. The people at the store where very helpful in setting me up with the right Samsung. My tv was very easy to set up and get programed. Picture and sound was perfect for me did not have to adjust anything at all.

Always had a samsung tv.Old one was over ten years old,backlights were bad.Cheaper to get a new one.This one works great,good picture and sound.To be on the safe side I got the five year warranty.Hope it last ten years like my old one

Excellent quality and a great value! We wall mounted the product with an attached Samsung soundbar in our great room and it is perfect for that particular situation. We are very well pleased with the product and would purchase it again for similar situations.

great picture and sound, I purchased a Samsung 4k 55 inch TV and a Samsung sound bar system, had the Geek Squad install it. What a difference in sound when listening through the sound system> I no longer need to adjust the volume everytime I change the channel.

I received a TV in good condition, when active on apps it’s working perfectly but after launch the browser if you load any movie side kind of more like mage title it freeze and after that need to unplug and plug to restart the tv, Wi-Fi connection also very slow

TV not so smart it delays in responded to the remote, and I am unable to download anything even though it has enough storage. It keeps saying, “please try again later,” for one year now.

If you're looking for a 55 inch TV that's going in a bright room I would get this TV. The sound and picture quality from this Samsung is fantastic for gaming and streaming if you are into the that sort of thing.

Amazing picture and sound quality! The resolution is incredible!! Mounting was very easy due to how lightweight and thin the TV is. Very happy with this purchase, got the same one for my living room and gave as a birthday gift!

my husband and i originally purchased a different tv. after a few days of having something i thought i wanted- i hated it. returned it for the samsung. and i love it, great price. great picture. remote isnt confusing either for older folks
