This Samsung class 8000 TV is a great value. The packaging was well designed, and the TV setup was straightforward. The best part is the clarity and definition of the picture. It makes everything appear so real life.

I am very pleased with the quality of this television. It is also easy to operate between cable and the apps that I subscribe to. Installation team was very polite and answered my questions.

Great TV worth the price. Had a bit of trouble connecting to the apps such as Netflix and Prime Video, but a quick chat with the Samsung specialists via my Samsung Account worked it all out with a simple software update.

My husband and I gave this to each other for Christmas. We love the size and the clarity of the picture. I was glad I talked to the salesman about the new 8000 series because it is so much better than our old tv.

Bought this tv as a replacement for My husbands outside bar area -it was easy to hang with the strong bracket that the nice salesman recommended The picture quality & sound are great/ he loves his Birthday gift

This TV is one of my favorites, the color and images are very sharp. I normally don't like these TV legs because the TV doesn't feel sturdy but these legs ae very sturdy and the tv doesn't rock.

Great video and sound. Smart tv and overall great value for a $450 TV. Would highly recommend to anybody that wants a 55 inch TV for their bedroom or spare room without breaking the bank.

Clear images perfect for the price should improve the remote control with a laser control like LG products

The Samsung 55" TV is the largest TV I have ever owned. I had the Best Buy Geek Squad install the TV over the fireplace, a job that took two guys. Enjoying watching the TV.

I’ve never had a television with such high-quality resolution! It’s the perfect size for my bedroom. Not too big not too small. Very impressed with the overall quality!

Great tv love it,and the delivery way quick and fast

Very disappointed with this brand new out of the box Samsung TV. I have had other Samsung's and loved them, but not this one. This TV is faulty from the way its been built it seems. There are 5 or 6 (only word I can come up with are) spotlights or round bright circles around the sides and top of this TV. These circles take away from the picture. Also, this TV does not work with a perfectly good Polk mini sound bar using HDMI cable, but will work with a optical audio cable. Hope this helps someone make a better choice.

Clear image and sound. It was easy to assemble. The only thing I consider to be a negative is the extremely delicate screen. According to instructions, it can hardly be touched

Great TV for our Den. The Tech team came to our house on the scheduled date and did a very nice job installing the mounting bracket and burying the wires behind the wall.

I love the TV I bought!!! I spent a little more than I usually spend but it was well worth it. Went from 50" to 55" and bought a better series device. Overall, I've never enjoyed watching TV as much as I do now.

This TV is exactly what I wanted. I had a 32" Samsung which I was pleased with but I wanted to upgrade to larger and smarter TV. Very pleased with the Samsung Plus channels.

Great tv. Content looks great. The tv is light and thin making a wall mounting easy and great looking. Speakers are okay but i recommend pairing with a cheap soundbar.

My husband absolutely loves his new tv. I don't watch much tv but when I do, the picture and colors are amazing, Everything is so clear. And for two old people to figure out, you know it has to be easy to use.

4th Samsung TV, 2nd with 4k UHD and it meets all expectations. As per the norm with samsung TVs, the sound quality is the biggest downfall but that is usually replaced with a another speaker source by most.
