Wonderful picture. Love the Samsung tv products. This is the fifth tv I’ve bought from Best Buy this month. The Q series is great but the pled is unbelievable picture.

Easy to navigate controls. Picture quality great. Sound quality great, but full disclosure: I purchased this as a replacement TV, and I am using my original soundbar with it.

I've always been a big fan of Samsung TV's, and my new 55 inc Class 8000 does not disappoint. Crystal clear picture, with all the smart TV features.

Quite the picture and "intelligent" tv. Almost programs itself. Looks great on the wall with a "matching" tv stand. Crystal clear picture and good sound with an added sound bar. Would purchase again!

Picture qquality is awesome. Love the Smart Hubb/App features. Recognizes my Roku device so i can stream apps not available directly on the TV. The remote is awesome too.

Needed a new TV. We’ve had Samsung TVs for years and they’re all consistent, great picture quality and reliability; lasting many years. It’s a Samsung TV, enough said.

I think its a great TV for the price. The sound at first was a little disappointing but my hearing is growing accustom to it and I realize that's the purpose of a sound bar.

Pretty good picture for the price I usually buy top of the line Samsung but this is just an extra one for my office and the picture is really good

This Samsung 55 in. smart TV is smarter than my last 50 in. Samsung TV I purchased two years ago. This Samsung TV is so smart it won't work with my five year old surround system. But it's a great TV.

Picture is great, functions are great, my only complaint is that it freezes up often. At LEAST once a day I have to unplug it to restart it. Everything freezes completely up. When I try to use the remote to power it down I can see the remote recover light blinking like it’s receiving the signal, but I get no love from the tv. Eventually, I have to stand up, unplug it for a bout twenty seconds, and wait for it to re boot. Not sure that I could duplicate the issue on the store so I figure I’m just kinda stuck with it now.

This samsung is great couple of hicups because i don't know anything about this new tv. the derection are real hard to unstand. other than that it is good.......

My 3 year young TV screen was accidentally damaged requiring an unexpected purchase. The price at Best Buy was less now than 3 years ago, and has enhanced features and better quality.

I love it! First "large" screen YV I have ever owned. The picture is just beautiful. Able to control with my cable remote. Have not even begun to explore the full functionality yet.

This is my first Smart TV. I am very happy with. The picture is clear as is the sound. I went online to figure out how to use some of the features and was able to customize the apps I use the most.

Happy with the tv so far, I guess i have made the right choice as it has good quality great remote and great picture quality along with samsung free channel. So far so good.

This television is amazing with great price. Best Buy staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Free delivery was a real plus and fellow delivering was great.

Great TV. Picture is very good. Sound is ok, but I have it outside so might have to get a sound bar. Very happy with it for the very short time I've h ad it.
