Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything was great, except, I purchased this item with a different Credit card, then the sales person asked if I wanted to get a best buy Credit card you also got a $50. bonus your next purchase, what they did was wait until my best buy credit card was approved and they put it on there Credit card with out my knowing I kept looking for it on my other card statement, I decided to check there card statement on line and there it was, Don't like there way of doing bussiness, I'm thinking of canceling there card, not sure yet.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Ticking noise when turned off…

Unfortunately when it’s turned off it makes a ticking noise. For a while I thought it was water dripping in my walls. When I unplug the TV it stops making the noise. Will be exchanging and hopefully the new one doesn’t do it.
