    Everything was great, except, I purchased this item with a different Credit card, then the sales person asked if I wanted to get a best buy Credit card you also got a $50. bonus your next purchase, what they did was wait until my best buy credit card was approved and they put it on there Credit card with out my knowing I kept looking for it on my other card statement, I decided to check there card statement on line and there it was, Don't like there way of doing bussiness, I'm thinking of canceling there card, not sure yet.

    The picture is great, the ease of use is good, but they should have put a faster processor in it as move through apps and loading is slow.

      To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

    It has been about 2 weeks since buying this TV. So far very satisfied. Nice picture. I added a sound bar. Needs some tweeking, audio and visual are a little off.

    Haven't bought a new tv in about 10 years. The picture quality is awesome. Its just taking me some time to get use to using Alexa

    Had the 7 series, then got the 8. The difference is night and day. Colors pop tht much more than the 7. Well worth the difference in price

    Ticking noise when turned off…

    I love the TVs picture quality. Unfortunately when it’s turned off it makes a ticking noise. For a while I thought it was water dripping in my walls. When I unplug the TV it stops making the noise. Will be exchanging and hopefully the new one doesn’t do it.
