Works great except for constant popping/crackling

There is a constant clicking/popping noise coming from near the outlet of the TV. The sound only happens when the TV is off. When it's on, the TV is quiet. Read online that other people have had the same issue with this model. Going to try and get a new one since it's under warranty for a year.

Please know, Samsung TVs use a combination of metal and plastic material. These materials are subject to expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. Occasional creaking, popping, or cracking may be heard. Additionally, certain components within the TV may cause these temporary noises once powered off. This does not indicate a product malfunction. The TV is safe to use.
