Best Buy delivered the item quickly and as promised. However, the TV itself was defective. It required a Samsung authorized rep to come to the house and after spending a fair amount of time trying to set it up (after I had spent an hour originally with tech support on the phone), replacing a component in the TV. Since then, I have been pleased with the picture.

We purchased it on November 8th, 2022 and now it's 12/3/22 and we've yet to come close to learning it. The set's manuels and directions are all over the place. Trying to track a problem down to undo it is so mind-bending. We had to contact Samsung several times about things not working and last time we were told not to call them back by a tech named Rapael as he stated they needed their time to help folks with real problems and not trivial ones like ours. If something isn't working and you need help getting it done cause like I mention instructions are all over the place, and you can't find what you need to fix the problem, then it isn't a trivial problem? Why have manufactors gotten away with providing us with paper manuals like we use to receive for our money spent? Anyhow I wouldn't recommend this particular TV unless you have a lot of computer and electronics experience.

Excessive backlight bleeding

The top section of the rear panel is not properly mounted right out of the box. There is also excessive backlight bleeding on all four corners of the TV. Even with the brightness set to a low setting. The white led bleeding was very noticeable during dark scenes of a video or movie. Specifically on movies recorded using a smaller aspect ratio.
