I have always liked Samsung TV’s which is why I purchased this one. It WILL NOT hold an internet connection. We have multiple sets in our home and this is the only one with issues. In addition, Samsung support and service is horrible. Multiple calls and chats all require the same troubleshooting which yields nothing. Each time requiring all your info and the set info. All this is registered. Then I finally get a ticket which gets cancelled because no one contacted me to schedule. I have a second service ticket which I have made multiple calls to make sure they don’t tell me again they couldn’t get in touch with me. Last person I spoke to told me they know the issue and have already ordered the parts which tells me they are fully aware of the problems with this model. STAY AWAY and believe the negative reviews.

Beautiful screen but set up difficult

The tv screen itself is beautiful. The tv remote is way too small and if you have cable you need a technician or someone with expertise set up. Checked you tube videos on how to set up but still very complex. I’m pretty tech savvy and well educated but this was very inconvenient to set up and use.
