It’s a great tv with excellent picture and color. It’s flat and compact but really nice to watch a favorite movie or baseball game. The software, however, is buggy and I wonder how long it will last. I also don’t like that I can’t access my full AppleTV account options - as in accessing iTunes, etc.

The picture was great and setup fairly easy. Making the picture bright enough was a little tricky but got here. Would rate a 5 but ended up taking it back because it was just too big for the room. We should have stuck to the size we went in to buy instead of letting the salesman talk us into buying bigger.

Great tv, easy to navigate menus, connect acceasories. Sound is great, picture is crisp. Connects well with phones/laptops/speakers.

Bought a 7000 series of the same size and the HDMI jacks were defective. Upgraded to this TV after returning the 7000 series and we love it! The picture quality is amazing, we were able to add inputs to the home button for the HDMI slots to easily change between TV, our FireStick, Nintendo Switch, etc. The remote is significantly smaller than the 7000 series and looks sleek and modern as well. The Input sensor on the TV is also off to the side instead of in the middle so the sound bar we have no longer blocks the signal. Overall it is worth the extra money to upgrade if trying to choose between this and the 7000 series.

This TV so simple to set up and so very easy to navigate. The color is very impressive along with the sound. In fact it out performs TV's that are almost twice as much..

This TV does everything I expected of it when I purchased it. Clear picture, easy setup and reasonably simple remote. I added a Samsung sound bar so the sound is also great.

Love it great picture the remote is to sensive like a person in their new place, none the less love the tv. Picture this 2025 still kicking and still loving!

This was a gift for our son who wanted to upgrade. The tv was easy to program, picture is vibrant, and perfect for gaming. But it was the price that clinched the deal.

Awesome choice was able to link to my phone and connect my existing apps.

Good picture, good definition and colors. After two years I’m having some audio problems, switching between tv audio and external sound bar.

Great tv! Nice color. Bought the 82in last year for our family room and have had a good experience! So this year our 4 y.o Sonyin our den “blue screened” and died so went with the 55 inc little brother ..it was a natural choice. Installation was quick and simple with Best Buy just like last year. No issues with either . I only gave it 4 stars because I don’t like the remote or the native operating system and menu. It’s convoluted and not intuitive like the roku remotes and operating systems. But overall happy with this Samsung tv( both of them). Would buy again.. I’ll be in the market soon for 65 in for the bedroom..

what an awesome TV, color is out of site, plenty of APPS. I love the SAMSUNG PLUS TV and the ease of changing streaming services.
