Samsung tv 50-55"

But I have the same issue with this one as I had with the last one I bought not too long ago. The volume does not change when adjusting it. It may happen a few minutes later but it is nerve racking. So now I have 2 Samsung tvs that do this. I will not get another Samsung again.

Thank you for sharing your review of the 55" AU8000 Crystal UHD TV from Samsung. The details you have provided regarding the volume control of your new TV are important to us and will be shared with our product teams.
Please try the Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps making the remote more responsive.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.
