    The Techs came out and installed my TV and sound bar, just the way I wanted it. My only problem was, I had No Complaints.

    The remote is to tiny and sucks and the the voice command on it is not compatible with Xfinity.

      To allow your remote to control Xfinity via Voice Command, please ensure you are utilizing Anynet through HDMI. Go to Settings> General< External Device Manager< Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC)< On.

      Next, to change the current channel by saying channel names as voice commands, you must finish Service Provider Settings. Go to Settings> Broadcasting> Service Provider Settings.

    after 3 attempts, Best Buy/Geek Squad finally sent someone who was knowledgeable with installation and the visit was great.

    The tv is great the only issue is the little legs that click into tv as I couldn’t hang it in my space they are hard to slide into and don’t stay put

    It is a good TV but doesn’t include the ability (or a manual) to adjust the TV and sound for my situation & needs… Let’s hope that it lasts as long as the warranty?

      We greatly value the details you provided in your review regarding the ability to adjust the settings of your new AU8000 Crystal UHD TV. Your TV features Object Tracking Sound Lite which tracks the action with strategically placed dynamic speakers and Adaptive Sound which automatically adjusts audio to enhance everything from dialogue to music and sports.

      You can select a sound mode that you prefer for a content type or your listening environment. Go to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      You can also customize sound with Expert Settings. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

      Additionally, there are image adjustments you can make to optimize your picture to suit your preferences. Your TV has several Picture Modes to choose from allowing you to enjoy content in optimal conditions. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode

      You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer to manually fine tune your image.

    I’m not an expert on televisions but the picture along with the sound quality is overall ok in my book. Is it worth the money? I would say no.
