Great value if TV is not in your bedroom

It is a known problem and Samsung is aware. This is the second one I have tried but it is impossible to deal with when this is in our bedroom.

Please know, Samsung TVs use a combination of metal and plastic material. These materials are subject to expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. Occasional creaking, popping, or cracking may be heard. Additionally, certain components within the TV may cause these temporary noises once powered off. This does not indicate a product malfunction. The TV is safe to use.
With this in mind, here are a few quick tips on how to reduce the expansion that can cause these noises.
1) Ensure that there is adequate ventilation. Some enclosures may not allow for proper ventilation. This causes the internal temperature to increase and the plastic to expand even more than normal. For recommended ventilation requirements, please see your user manual.
2) Make sure there aren't any heating or air conditioning vents pointing directly at the TV.
3) Verify that the TV is on a flat and level surface. Tilting or an uneven stand can increase these noises.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Samsung TV a flop

Both Samsung TV's had trouble with the volume staying on. People's mouths would be moving but no sound to go with the motion. Really disappointed in a TV that is suppose to be so good.

It could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay.
