    The picture on this TV is beautiful, however the sound is horrendous. Sounds like they are kids talking through tin cans. And you can’t adjust the bass/treble etc. on this model. Do not buy!

    we are happy with the tv except for one thing. we are not able to hook up our DVD player to our new tv. we'd like someone to help us. we paid for Geek squad to come and hook up the tv after it was out of the box. we paid $160.00. Can they come. back?

Please know, the AU8000 features 3 HDMI ports for connecting to external devices. DVD players commonly use a composite (yellow, white, red) connection, which is not supported by this TV.

    We purchased this television a few months ago and while we are happy with the picture quality, sound, and features, the ticking sound eminating from the back is unbearable. We thought we had water dripping down our walls, but low and behold it's the TV. Frustrating. Based on everything we've read, there is no fix, so we're stuck. Don't make the same mistake. Spend your money on a different model or brand.

    Can’t watch YouTube TV

    We had a 65” of the same model that we loved. We decided to buy the same model in a 55” for the other family room. Unfortunately, this one has not been so great. For some reason it is incompatible with the YouTube app. Constantly freezing and buffering. Our older 65” has no issue, so we know it’s not the app or the internet connection causing the problem. Looking into a different brand since we are unable to watch tv on the Samsung we have…
