Setting up this TV was easier than explaining memes to my grandma. Even the technologically challenged among us can have the satisfaction of unboxing and basking in the glow of 55 glorious inches of crystal-clear brilliance. The picture quality is so sharp; I could count the freckles on the actors’ faces. I’m pretty sure I spotted a microbe in a nature documentary that didn’t even know it was being filmed – that’s how clear it is. The Crystal Display technology makes colors pop like confetti at a New Year’s Eve party. My living room now looks like a Pantone explosion, and I’m not complaining. The greens are greener, the blues are bluer – it’s like having a rainbow on standby for whenever life needs a color boost. The Smart TV features are smarter than my cat. I asked it to find a sitcom, and it not only found one but also recommended snacks based on the episode. I suspect my TV has a culinary degree I didn’t know about. The remote control is practically a magic wand. I accidentally changed the channel while waving it around like a Jedi, but hey, it worked. Samsung should add a lightsaber sound effect to enhance the experience. In conclusion, if you want a TV that’s not just a screen but a visual carnival, the Samsung 55” Crystal UHD TV is your ticket to the front row. It’s like having a technicolor dream beamed into your living room, making every movie night a pixel-perfect party!

Tv picture is great, volume could be better, but for a person with intellectual disabilities the remote is a "No Go"! 1 of the specific reasons my son doesn't really like the tv. Day 2 of him trying to get used to it. Navigation throughout the screen/apps was nerve wrecking esp. trying to get the little dude off the corner of screen talking with every button pushed lol!! My son thought i was bringing him the same models i have(2010 smart 48' LG/2010 smart 60' SHARP AQUOS) I told him they dont make good tvs like they used to. I previously got him a vizio 2yrs ago that screen went blk out of nowhere, (So i took out his 2013 32' Samsung still working that was bubble wrapped in closet) but it formed a wide snowy pixel streak down middle idk how maybe humidity from being in closet. So I decided to upgrade again to this 55" Samsung 2 days ago for him & he dislikes it already. He can read & catch on quick, just that little remote that doesnt show specifications/aspects on it, then hit wrong option going through all the settings on screen, try hit back button but it goes further back than trying, try to adjust volume but keep hitting mute instead, etc.. some options are shaded out that old model had, No PIP, u gotta pay an extra $500 only just for that option, Some bluetooth ear buds connect some dont, smaller cheaper size 50' comes with voice commands but this one doesn't.. etc! Guess i have to purchase a standard samsung universal remote, because this little thing isnt gonna cut it!! So far he's only hooked up his ps4 but yet to watch regular tv, he said less hassle he'd watch in living room until i get another remote lol!! Other than all that, its an ok tv so far...

Very easy to setup, bright, clear vivid picture. I have the CU7000 55". I also purchased a Samsung sound bar. For that theater sound. Highly recommend this model.

Needed a tv for my mom, this is perfect. She watches all her favorite programs, picture perfect, sound good too. And most importantly the price for the size tv I got for her. Would definitely buy again.

Very easy to set up. Delivery was seamless. Pleased with quality of picture and sound. The negative issues are difficulty in accessing online user instructions and a remote control seriously lacking in buttons. Several steps are needed simply to move from one chosen channel to another which could be easily remedied with a number keypad on the remote. Not easy to remember which pathway is neede to complete a task.

We have 2 of these TV’s for our bedrooms. They have a very sleek design and don’t hang out too far from the wall. The picture is about as good as it can be without being there. The price was very reasonable and I love that it doesn’t come preloaded with a bunch of useless software, like the Amazon and Yahoo apps. My previous TV had that and I had to wait for several minutes before it would start up as it was fetching updates.

Excellent quality, sound, definition, very light. Affordable and easy to apply with the adaptor to the wall, definitely went back to get another one.

As always, Samsung products do not disappoint. Picture quality is great, easy to set up and wnjoy

Amazing picture! Clarity color and volume easy remote functions. I first purchased a Toshiba and the picture was so dark. contrast was horrible and volume horrible. I then knew I wanted the Samsung. Best Buy made it exceptionally easy for me. Customer service had them pick up the Toshiba the same day I was watching TV in no time. Best Buy is awesome.

The TV is incredible, the delivery went off without a hitch - 10/10 would order again (hopefully won't need to get another TV for a while though). The TV is crisp, somewhat easy to set up, wish the internet connection worked a bit better but only one hiccup since purchase.

Easy to set up and can even be set up with a Samsung app on your phone. Great picture. Definately a step up from the Panasonic we replaced. Comes with Samsun TV Plus which is a free service with over 300 channels. Very thin and light.

Tv has an amazing picture. The functionality makes for ease of use using all apps and even cables channels with all one remote. The sound quality sounds as if I have a soundbar with a woofer which makes for watching movies like you’re in a theater . Super sleek and compact . Samsung is the way to go

This Samsung 55" TV is the perfect size for my family room. Very easy to set up and use the remote. The picture and sound quality are great. A very good TV at a great price.

Bought the 55inch Samsung after looking looking at the 43 50 , the mounts are the same , it's being used as my backyard game tv , it's perfect, right size , has Bluetooth to connect speakers , has screen mirror option, picture is clear like all Samsung TVs !!! Spend the extra to get bigger , it wasn't much of a difference, very happy I chose this size and model !!!

The best tv I've ever had!! Such clear color and quality. Super sleek and easy to set up. The screen is great no matter what angle youre looking at it at. Hasn't diminished in pixel quality at all. Would recommend as your living room TV!!

Excellent image. Easy to set up. Will mount on the wall soon. Meanwhile, the little feet are fine. Because the remote is so small it is somewhat hard to use.

Great! Best price I found was in Best Buy! Tv quality is the best! I personally always prefer Samsung as their quality in color is more vivid for movies and tv shows which r my fave
