Great picture.... sound is good.... easy set up...remote could be improved

Honestly for the price it is not bad. There is no flaw on it and its perfect. Although, the buttons on the bottom of the TV kind of confused me but got used it it pretty fast.

You can never go wrong with a Samsung. Easy set up. Comes with it's own Samsung channels (and they're plenty). Great quality resolution. Pair it with any Samsung home theater and the experience is unmatched. This is my 3rd Samsung TV and never had a complaint.

Easy to set up, light weight and great picture for the price

It is a great television but the remote needs work I think. I cannot get to where I want to go without a lot of button work but I do get there. It is a simple remote and that may be the reason. The tv is excellent picture and sound wise. Thanks.

Very happy with this TV. Love the slick remote. This is my bedroom tv. I have samsung tvs throughout the house. Just got the OLED 65 and now this 55. I wasnt looking for the best on the market. Perfect TV@ I love my purchase. My Samsung has a very Clear picture along with great sound. The apps are Very good also. Set up was quick and easy. I Purchased online and in store pick up, thst too was very simply. I would highly recommend this television.

The 55" is perfect for a 15x20' room with bright colors and brilliant contrast for daytime viewing; subdued screen for nighttime viewing. The remote is functional, simple and intuitive, as well as being half as thick as previous Samsung smart TV remotes. Best of all is Best Buy's policy that if in the unlikely event it must be returned, they will pick it up at your home.

For the value, this TV is worth every penny. I was surprised at the quality of the picture. I have a OLED 65 in. TV and this one is thousands $ less with excellent picture quality. I am very pleased. I would purchase this TV again if I needed one in another room. As of now all the rooms have TV’s in. Excellent quality and unbelievable value .

This a great and awesome television. Really affordable lightweight and easy to setup The screen is large. And compatible with any cable provider.

Big step up from previous model which only had 2 hdmi inputs. Great picture quality and super easy to setup. I purchased this tv for my covered patio and the picture is still great. Only gripe is the remote but for a budget friendly tv it works fine.

I love everything about this TV. Easy setup, A little different from my old TV with Roku, but I'm getting used to it. Nice color, no problems, I'm very happy with it. I had gotten an LG and had to return it because it would not work with the Spectrum App. This one does.

I love my Samsung TV. The picture is beautiful and so clear. 55 inch was the right size for me. The Samsung plus channels are absolutely great TV with something for everyone. It’s easy to set up and easy to find what you want to watch.

My previous 55" had the top 25% darken and after looking at dozens of similar TV's, I bought the Samsung CU7000 to replace it. The TV has turned out to be better in picture, ease of use, and set up than others I have had. The only oddity is the open screen takes some time to adjust to and figure out what we have access to enjoy.

This 4K TV is amazing. Outstanding picture color and fantastic images on the digh defintion screen. Even better when I exchanged my Xfinity TV box for a 4K bos. Sound is high qualioty too. Easy to set up. Siomple remote control that works across a large room. The feature updates that came with the new Samsung model exceeded my erxpectations.

Easy to navigate for someone who isn’t tech savvy. With that being said, the picture and sound quality are pretty good too! No complaints at all whatsoever. Even bought a second of the exact same one for my bedroom. Couldn’t recommend more for someone who just needs a tv!
