The tv has a great picture . The audio is good .i wish they would have an output for the sound bar the3.5 mm plug . It has a fiber optic audio output . The remote control is lacking direct input fir channel changing , which would be great . The price was really good for a 55 in tv thanks Best Buy !

Great picture awesome service ill need another tv soon

I've enjoyed my new Samsung TV for about 3 weeks now. It replaced my 12 year old Samsung that had developed annoying lines across the screen. Set-up of the new TV was very easy since it automatically found everything that was plugged in to it. We were ready to watch TV in only a few minutes. I loved my old Samsung and was very happy with the picture quality before it pooped out, so I wasn't expecting such a big leap in picture quality! The first thing we saw when everything connected was a soccer game and it was like looking through a window at the stadium. That was even before we changed any picture settings. I can't rave enough about the beautiful picture. The Samsung TV+ feature is a nice surprise as well and we enjoy having so many viewing options for free! Since the sound quality is the only disappointment, a sound bar would be a fantastic companion to this wonderful Samsung CU7000.

I love this tv, which isn’t a surprise because it is my third Samsung. Perfect size, clear, vibrant picture, easy to operate…all for a very reasonable price. The two technicians who delivered and installed it were great.

It’s very clear, with many features. I did need to add a fire stick and surround sound, but after that, it’s perfect, on top of being very affordable. I would recommend this television for anyone seeking quality at an affordable price.

My daughter moved and we bought this smart TV as a house warming gift. The clarity is amazing and the colors all pop. I was impressed with how Samsung manages the free streaming channels. I added a indoor antenna so she could bring in the local channels. This is a terrific value for the price!!

We’ve bought 6 of these so far for our furnished rentals and absolutely love them. They are reasonably priced, very easy to setup, come with Samsungs free tv, has all major streaming apps, and you can screen cast to it, so it's just a perfect tv for our rental needs.

I will admit, I am a fan of Samsung. I won't even consider any other TV Brand. And, I have no connection in any way to Samsung. So, when I needed to replace my current (6-Year Old) Samsung 55", I immediately looked at the Samsung Options. NOTE: The "old" 55" is not trash, I am moving it to our new vacation home. The only problem the old TV has is a small white spot in the upper left corner. The new set is great. Clear Crisp picture. The welcome screen is new, and includes Samsung TV Viewing which is a series of steamed channels at no charge. The switch between media is simple. But, one thing I have to do, if I switch from my Fire Stick, I have to put it into Sleep Mode, because if I don't it sometimes overrides my media selection, and switches back to the Fire Stick. Not a big deal. Oh, one more thing. The Volume Control is different. What I mean is, the old set was comfortable at a volume of 18-22, while the new TV is set much closer to 50. I am sure this is nothing different, just requires getting used to.

We out this TV on our lanai, perfect size and price was perfect for our needs. Works great. Picture is clear and easy to install and setup. And salesman was very helpful in Panama City , florida

I am loving this Samsung 55" tv. This is actually the largest tv I've owned so far, I've always done 43" or smaller in the past, but I decided to go with a 55" 4K TV for my new apartment I just moved into. It has good picture quality (4K HDR), so far I haven't used any of the smart features since I have an Apple TV 4K. However, so far it's been great overall. It was easy to assemble and setup (although I had an issue getting it connected to the SmartThings app when I first set it up but I think it's because the device needed to be connected to my WiFi first then setup the SmartThings part later). Everything is working as it should now. :) I would say the sound is a little low at times, but I've noticed it depends on the show/episode I'm watching.

Great TV. Have it against a window and get almost no glare. Picture and audio work great! Comes with streaming service on the App Store and a Game Center which is great for the Xbox. Once selecting the Xbox app my Xbox and remote automatically turn on.

Perfect TV@ I love my purchase. My Samsung has a very Clear picture along with great sound. The apps are Very good also. Set up was quick and easy. I Purchased online and in store pick up, thst too was very simply. I would highly recommend this television.

set up was not easy for someone who is not good with electronics. that being said the samsung people where happy to help. stayed on the phone till everything worked properly. thank you for that. this is the best picture we have ever had on our tv. color is PERFECT.

This tv is great. Very affordable and the image quality is very sharp! We love it.

Perfect size for our bedroom. We debated getting the 65 inch and settled on this one. It’s the right size to not dominate the room but still be big enough where we can enjoy the experience. Great quality as always with Samsung and the embedded apps are super convenient.

The best thing I liked was I was able to put the TV together with the instructions. It was self-explanatory. It was easy to self-port in my car. My new Samsung TV is enjoyable to watch, and way better than tha small 18" screen TV!!

Great value for price ! Has some issues with the volume connection but I keep my tv on all the time… so restarting the tv once or twice fixes it. Vivid color, great picture, easy navigation. Would buy again !

Price quality was great today the tv still looks great and works as new. But a 55 later more modern for my room.
