I went into Best Buy looking for a brand that I could rely on and after talking with an employee, this TV was number one on my list so I took it home. Setting up the TV was easy and it even paired with my Samsung phone and sound bar. Setting my preferences only took a few minutes after the TV checked for updates. THAT PICTURE QUALITY IS AMAZING! I now how two of these in my home. So yes I give this TV all the stars.

Great picture quality, quick interface, it upgrades older shows,movies very nicely, it connects to my Iphone and streams nicely, audio is ok, but!!! I have a Samsung q symphony sound bar and sub woofer, and this as q symphony playback, and yes it makes a difference, on music, for sure, action movies yes, normal shows, it fills in some dead spots, so yes over haul for $350 delivered, I have no complaints. I messed up on the set up, so it took 30 minutes, my bad, but once I got, it it flew.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
