Not bad for $400, picture is little weird when watching movie, but overall good TV. The picture gets better quality when playing games. Tried to change modes and settings, nothing happened

Excellent experience! I walked in to the store and located what I was looking for. A team member brought the TV to the front while i paid and then loaded it into my car for me. I will only buy my tvs from Best Buy because its the best buy!.

I purchased the 55 inch Samsung tv and it’s a great tv. Lots of features. I’m still learning what it does. Best Buy installed it. They arrived when they said they would, they were efficient and knew what they were doing. After installation, they set it up. Great service!!

I don’t know about latest model or the more expensive TV. I was looking for a medium sized tv for my room with good image. Samsung never disappoints. Excellent resolution for movies and TV shows. No video games on this one so I don’t know how it works. For my personal use this TV is the best choice.
