There wasn’t anything wrong with it that I could see. The salesperson helped me load it into my vehicle and install was fairly easy to do. So far the picture and sound are perfect for my needs. Was easy to learn to use.

For the price I paid I got a 4k Toshiba that has Dolby atmos built in. I knew this didn’t have it but I still bought it because I thought Samsung would have good sound regardless but overall it didn’t impress me the way I thought it would. But maybe that’s because they’re held to a high standard. I guess if you’re gonna get a Samsung, go for minimum QLED cause this doesn’t seem worth it.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because of the modest sound and a few glitches with some of the apps at times. But it looks great and I’ve had no problems with it otherwise. Easy setup as well.
