They have been doing it consecutively for the past three years. Apparently when you pair with a Samsung Samsung sound bar and wireless speakers, you can only listen in surround no other options are available and you no longer can Use the TV speakers and the sound bot at the same time overall quality for the money

Plus I still need to figure out why the sound bar doesn’t come on when the TV is turned on but otherwise very happy. Sam did a great job installing gin out cabinet that raises and lowers the set.

KD at your Roseville location was very helpful. I had to go back to see were to plug in the sound bar. He was very helpful showing my same tv and were to plug it in.

You have to enlarge the photo to see the numbers and letters. Seems it was permanent on the screen. I changed channels but no change. Not sure of it means, but I going to return the tv back. Just get the same brand and try again. My last Samsung Tv is still working since 2017, still running strong, gave to my daughter. This is why I buy my Tv's at Best Buy, no problems with returns.

First, power off your Smart TV and disconnect the plug from the outlet. After about a minute, reconnect the plug and press the power button on your TV. This 'Soft Reset' is a method in which data is not erased, and menu settings will automatically be restored. If the problem you are experiencing is not resolved with a ‘Soft Reset,’ the reset should be done using the following guide.
Go to Home> Settings> General> Reset> Enter a 4-digit number on the PIN screen. If you did not change it after purchasing your TV, then the default PIN should still be 0000.

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issue you are experiencing with Live TV skipping.
I recommend first ensuring your TV is up to date with the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, you may be experiencing a skipping issue due to our Motion smoothing feature. Motion smoothing features eliminate ghosting and blurring that occurs from fast-moving images. These are known as Auto Motion Plus or Picture Clarity on Samsung TVs. These motion smoothing settings look great on live TVs, like sporting events or parades, which are filmed at 30 frames per second. Most movies, however, are filmed at 24 frames per second and are not intended to be viewed with these features. When turned on, this causes the dreaded soap opera effect.
To Change Motion smoothing settings on your TV:
Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus Settings (Picture Clarity Settings).
1. The default setting is Auto. This means the feature automatically turns on and off based on the type of program being watched.
2. Select Auto Motion Plus (Picture Clarity) to change the setting to either Off or Custom.
If you select Custom, three additional options are available:
• Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting.
• Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting.
• LED Clear Motion: This option allows you to configure the LED backlight to sharpen fast-moving images. Select to turn On or Off.
