This 55" TV is a perfect size for my family room. With simple and clear instructions, I'm able to have everything controlled by my cable remote. I added a sound bar. As an added plus, Best Buy offers support for any problems that may arise. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and clarity of this Samsung TV.

It’s a good tv! Definitely has better features than my Samsung I purchased in 2020 (duh). I will say it’s a little annoying that I have to hold down the power button to kind of restart the tv every couple months but not sure if that’s a tv thing or my WiFi however I do have a Samsung in my living room and I have to do it there as well so…over all I give this tv a 4/5!

WARNING: Samsung TVs used to be amazing, but now have SEVERE quality control issues.
I had the TV for not even 2 months of light usage and the motherboard burnt up. Luckily I had managed to have it under warranty, but not until fighting with Samsung to have to "verify" the warranty AFTER already registering the TV when I bought it.
I have another older Samsung 720p smart TV that I had for 11years the never had a single issue, so please tell me how I am still supposed to trust Samsung when I buy a new TV with much better specs and the motherboard barely lasts 50 hours? I am a Samsung TV fan, as the picture and performance is VERY good, but after this experience.... I am begining to question Samsung's current quality control (if any). And that's on top of the whole frameless "Crystal screen" thing where apparently the screen is just poorly glued in and can fall out over the course of a year if you even have it mounted at a slight angle, which they can try to pass off as high tech, but really it's just poor and lazy design to save costs. I wish I had known better before getting the Crystal.
We shall see how long it lasts me now, but I am no longer as hopeful, as I expect next time will be out of the warranty period.

tv has beautiful picture , especially good for gaming as game mode is a significant improvement
