Disappointing

The first one I bought had sound issues from the very first time I plugged it in. You had to turn it up to 80 (out of 100) for it to have a normal volume. Within a month the sound went out entirely. I exchanged it with the same TV, and now that I've had it for 5 months, I'm really disappointed with how many issues it has staying connected to the wifi. None of my other devises have this issue, and my internet is stable. The TV also frequently doesn't seem to be able to load the apps and/ or the show that I'm interested in watching at that time. This is across apps (Netflix, AppleTV, Max, etc). It's my second Samsung tv and I'm very disappointed in this tv. Guess I won't get a third.

We appreciate your feedback on the response time, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU7200 TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

Buy Big Ticket items elsewhere

The home screen is annoying to navigate. The biggest problem is that the screening applications constantly freeze over and over. The tv loses connection to the internet and when I check the connection from settings it shows that its connected and I have to have the tv to reconnect for to work to the same Wifi it was on 2secs ago. Then, the worst part of this was I decided quite quickly that I didn't want this tv and wanted to exchange it for another tv. Since my mother was proactive in purchasing me a fathers day present couldn't return nor exchange the tv as they only give you 10 days for returns. Where all their other competitors give you 30days for a full refund. Now I am stuck with a tv I HATE because BestBuy is ridiculous with the return policy. I had attempted to return this after the second day of using it and I couldn't. I will never purchase any big ticket items at BestBuy again because if there any wrong with your item hopefully you realize it within the first week of having the item, don't try to troubleshoot just have to return.

Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV. I'm sorry that you are experiencing issues with your TV freezing and losing connection to the internet. I have a few recommendations to help resolve these issues.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
If you continue to have issues, please check your Wi-Fi connection:
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
