Great TV for the year we have had it. No issues to date. Picture quality is good. Our only issues is inconsistent aound level, but that is likely the streaming service not the tv.

Very good color and sound at this price range. The included Samsung TV software gives you lots of free local news and movies. Overall a great value. The remote is a bit simplistic with no numeric keys. Can buy an extra Samsung compatible remote as addition.

Great value on sale. Great picture quality and Samsung’s good reputation for component lifespan. It has okay sound quality. The operating system has a little input lag. The remote is very basic and could use a microphone.

Doesn't have USB-C port and doesn't connect to chromecast devices. Image otherwise is decent. Ok value for the price

Fantastic television. Many thanks to Best Buy for the professional advice and especially the price. The clarity and colors are great. Very easy set up and the stand that comes with it was a bonus. Staff in store was very helpful and they lent me a dolly to bring it out to my car .

Great TV! Bought it for my mom (she was due for an upgrade lol) and it works so well, very fast and great picture quality.

Good TV. I have had the TV for over a year, and I have yet to experience any major problems. A few cons are that it has issues connecting to the internet, but once you troubleshoot, it reconnects, and it sometimes experiences slow response times to the remote.

When my other brand TV was starting to cause a few issues, I decided to get this Samsung. It was easy to setup by myself (64 yr old female) and easy to use. The image is very clear and detailed. I am still trying to figure out a few things on personalizing the setup such as the auto play feature. I think I have it turned off and the next time I turn the TV on, it goes right to where I left off. I'll figure it out eventually. It is easy to add streaming apps and organize the home screen. I do like the Samsung channels that are offered, too. Much improvement over my prior model, a brand I will not purchase again. For Samsung, I am hooked on the quality.

Decent picture and audio for general use. We watch Live TV, Peacock, Paramount, and Samsung Live. Also have PC through HDMI port, and DVR through component cable. I hate the remote, takes a lot of reps to use without getting lost, why no channel return function?

The picture quality and sound is excellent. I have never had a problem with any Samsung product that I have owned. Was very happy that there was multiple places to install the feet for the TV.

I love my new TV - the picture is so crystal clear and it was so easy to mount on the wall. The only qualm I have is the remote - it is hard to control the volume on the remote because it doesn’t look like the old remotes with the volume and channels buttons.

Amazing picture and I love the options to watch four NFL games at once on YouTube tv. The remote is weird and I still haven’t figured out how to find the volume on jt. But overall a fine purchase
