    This samsung is the 2nd one I have purchased, its really a great tv with picture and ease of use, however I wish the volume on it would get a little louder at the lower levels. I whind up putting it up to 50 when the kids are around.

    Very surprised at the picture quality of this TV. It was purchased for an updtairs living area. Come to find out it has a better picture than my older Samsung Series 8 I paid o er twice as much for. Very happy with this TV. The only downside is the audio. So if you like stuff loud get a soundbar.

    The TV is really good for the price! I don’t like that you have to use Samsung everything and that it won’t just go to my favorite channel every time I turn the TV on the remote is horrible-but you get used to it. I use the voice control through Alexa, so I don’t really need to use the remote too often. The picture is good. The sound qualities is good. I paid $350. If you pay more than that I’m not sure it’s a deal.!

    Thoroughly enjoying this tv. Fair priced. The picture is fantastic. Bright and clear. Integrated seamlessly with Smartthings. Quick set up. Only con is the audio isn’t very dynamic. Soundbar is advisable if you don’t have a receiver.

    Eh. Like it less than the older Samsung. Sometimes upgrades are a downgrade. The remote sucks...they ditched the numbers so if you watch the tv through antenna you can't punch channels. Everything is through an overly busy screen selection that is not efficient and is annoying at times. It also now forces you to sign up with a samsung account to use the tv channels.

    I traded this for a 65" but sales person upgraded to spend another $400 claiming the QLED Tizen is a better model, well its not this DU7200 had vibrant colors, great skin colors and wish that the sales person was not focus on profit vs quality. So don't listed to the sales guys I think they don't know jack from cindy.

    This is absolutely the best tv I ever owned. The picture is crystal clear and I love the different settings including movie view, where I can enjoy movies during the day. I love how sleek it is and appreciate that I can control the tv with the SmartThings app. It is also Alexa compatible. For the price I feel like I got this tv for a really good deal.
