Is pretty new so time will tell how great this 55” tv and the sound is different from the one I brought in 2020

Everything is great except the hdmi doesn’t work with the Samsung sound bar I bought from your company. I have to use Bluetooth. Not sure if it’s a problem with the TV or the soundbar.

TV was working fine, but four months after I bought it, the screen randomly stopped working on one side.

Screen had scratches and numbers not sure if this is normal.

My last Samsung tv was awesome this one is a piece of junk. Had it 8 months and it just quit working no pic or sound just a dark backlight uugh

After 6 months TV has permanently developed a thick vertical line down the middle. I do not recommended this TV based on my experience.

Owned for over 6 months. Most TV OTA via antenna, via WIFI or Roku for streaming not supported by TV. We have it on top of our living room gas fireplace about 4 feet up so it's either viewed from 15 feet away in kitchen or below it on sofa. Picture quality is excellent, no problems with viewing at any reasonable angles either. Sound is good: owner has hearing aids and was concerned about that but no problems. A bonus is it auto-couples with a bluetooth Bose portable speaker, NO DELAYED AUDIO either. There must be 300 bonus channels from Samsung. No it's not ESPN or CNN but plenty of equivalent news and many late run movies, BBC, things like all day Americas Test Kitchen, SNL, old Hitchcock. I put about 40 on favorites. Unless you're hung up, ie must have ESPN or HGTV or something you can always find equivalent stuff to watch. You will need a Roku or equivalent for Max, Fubo, Starz etc that are not built in. Negatives. Channel switching has a lot of lag. You can surf fast but it takes 1-2 seconds for the screen & audio to catch up. Tiny remote but there is no return button, ie, you can't swap channel 3 and 22, need to go all the way thru. What does the 4 color button on the right do, haven't figured that out? I am sure you can buy a larger compatible remote for $10+. I have a 6 year old Samsung 65 and the remote is huge with lots of functions but it doesn't have the 300 channels built in.

If you are looking for a tv that is both affordable and from a good brand, then this is the tv for you. I have loved Samsung ever since I splurged on one of their more pricey tvs, but when I needed to purchase another tv I didn't want to spend $1000+ on another one. I still wanted to stick with the Samsung brand though, which is when I discovered this one. It is not the cheapest option out there, but the quality makes it 10x better than all those cheaper options. This tv of course is not the best that samsung has to offer, but the screen quality is so much better than what you could get from others, like roku. Now I have nothing against roku tvs, they are great options if you want a decent smart tv that is decently cheap, but there is a big difference in the screen quality. Even without this tv being Samsungs top contender, it still has screen quality that easily beats the other smart tv options available. It also has an easy set up process, along with being easy to use. If you have a samsung phone it is even easier. If you are an iphone user don't worry, you just have to go through the extra step of creating a samsung account. This tv also, like many others, has the feature of using your phone as a remote. I personally do not utilize this feature, but I know many people love to use it. Another nice aspect is the sound is pretty decent without a soundbar. Of course sound will always be better with a soundbar, but the tv still has decently clear sound without one.

Great tv for the price. Easy set up, light weight for the size and it’s got a good picture. Haven’t had any problems with it yet.

I purchased this TV back in March of 2025 after my 43” RCA bedroom TV stopped working. I wanted to go a little bigger this time around and eventually ended up settling on this model. This TV is been incredible and I absolutely have no regrets purchasing it at all. For the money, the picture quality is amazing! Colors are vibrant and there are lots of adjustments to tailor the image to your liking. The only cons I have about the TV is the user interface. The UI forces me to use my google account or create one. Therefore, many things that I do outside of the TV are also reflected on the TV due to the Google account connection.. I work around this by NOT signing into the main UI and just using a Roku express box to power my streaming experience. I’m sure I can just create a separate google account and work with that, but the UI is just not my cup of tea and the Ruko already has all of my streaming apps set up. Second issue is the remote flat out sucks! I just simply ordered a different remote online and programmed it to control the TV and the Ruko box. So both cons were easily resolvable for me. In any case, if you’re in the market for an excellent TV that’s less than $400, you honestly can’t go wrong with this one! The more I watch it, the more I love mine!

The Samsung 55 inch DU7200 Crystal has a very bright display and very nice color. For the money I don't think you can go wrong. I might buy 2 more in that series for the 2 upstairs kids bedrooms.

This tv is perfect in everyway. Its the right size for the room it is bright and the sound is amazing.I have always been a samsung fan of all their products. From Tv's to appliances. And i have always had great service with samsung. I would definitely recommended this tv to anyone who is looking for a really great tv and product at a really great price pount.

Overall, very good tv for the price. The picture is very crisp and bright with excellent contrast. the sound is like any tv today, you really need a soundbar for the best sound. There are only 2 HDMI ports so that may not be enough if you have a fire stick, gaming console and blue ray player. This model also has no spdif or any other analog audio outputs, that could be a very limiting factor for some, I had to purchase a E-Arc to SPDIF adaptor tio hook up my sound system. For the price overall good deal

I am very happy with my Samsung TV. It has a great picture. The only issue I had was its lack of a 3.5mm jack for my collection of nice headphones I have and apparently have to switch to Bluetooth headphones t enjoy that! But I love the TV! Great sound and a great picture too. I definitely recommend it to anyone!

Nice TV with great picture…especially at this price point. Hung this outside in covered patio…minimum glare and plenty of settings to tweak the viewing pleasure. Reasonable thin…my last tv was half the depth, but doesn’t really matter…lightweight, easy to bolt in frame, and good pic and sound.

Works good so far. Color and sound are improved from previous years. Added more bass in equalizer setting to give it more thump. Would recommend extended warranty. Has saved my bacon with a TU model. Not a lot of audio jacks. Study what you need for hook ups if you want a sound bar. My first 55 in tv at a really good price. It's Large! My only real complaint is the tiny remote. Save your old Samsung remote or buy a big one online. More buttons is better! Do not buy if you are a tech snob. You will just whine that it's not perfect in every way. For most normal people it will do the job quite well.
