I'm truely blown away with this Samsung 55"DU8000! It has incredible crisp an clear picture,contrast enhancer is perfect, I'm usually not a reviewer but this purchase leaves me happy,happy,happy..i only stream content to watch im not a gamer at all, dont even own a console but if i did im sure this tv would run it with no problem..my only regret is not buying the 65". I read some bad reviews from others but i really dont see any flaws with this tv. My in store purchase was pleasant, sales guys wasn't too intrusive by pushing to more expensive sets, i took my time physically comparing there in the store. Ive not noticed any faults, lags or anything, heck..even antenna content is crisp and clear, this even applies to old movies that was filmed in 720p/1080p 25yrs ago is pleasant to watch. I give this set a solid 2 thumbs up!!

Great looking picture! Easy setup with an app. Exceeding my expectations.

Was hesitant at first upon viewing online, decided to go see it in person and it did not disappoint! The colors popped out more than I expected, and image quality is fantastic, the only downside is that its not oled but I can live with that. For my small apartment this was definitely a great pick up!

I was given a 55" LG smart TV. Hooked it up, turned it on, and horrible color! I gave it away and went to Best Buy to get a new 55" Class Samsung DU8000 Series Crystal UHD Smart TV. What a difference! I love Samsung appliances! And Best Buy associates are so helpful when deciding between the multiple choices in TVs!

Great Decision! It's very loud!The screen is crystal! It makes everything looks vibrant and I really enjoyed watching YouTube and anime on it!

The salesman was great. He explained everything with ease and made the process a joy. Also went back to the store and got the same model for my aunt. The only complaint was he was the only person on the floor during the Christmas holiday season..I thought that was very strange since there were multiple customers looking for help.

Nice size and the pictures are crisp! A lot of people mention that the remote is a pain. I haven't used mine much as I currently don't have any of the Samsung feature apps turned on, so I just have my cable remote synced (which was pain free to setup). The sound quality and high reflections are my only two downsides. But I have since purchased a soundbar which works great, and I just have to adjust to the reflections of the TV. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I was in a hurry to purchase a TV as a replacement for my old Sony that went out on Christmas Eve. Best Buy was able to recommend the Samsung at a good price and I have been extremely satisfied with picture quality and the many features.

Tv overall is great. Colors are rich, easy set up, and easy use. I do however sometimes notice trails while watching sports. It’s not all the time but when it happens it’s noticeable.

2nd tv works great. 1st TV quit after 2 weeks. Disappointment being a member of Geek Squad does not let me use them to put it up for less than another $200-300.00!

This TV was a wonderful surprise! Picture is so much better than my old Sony Bravia. Easy to set up. Quick processing and graphics. Easy to wall mount. No complaints for the price
