    Disappointing - paid extra for voice assist, which seems pretty useless. Also, very low volume, so need to buy speakers. All in all, not great value.

      Hi Lana,

      Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

      2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

      Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

    Great TV for the purchase price. Colors are good. Images are clear sound is really good. (we have no sound bar.) Easy to install. Once it’s powered up it taps you through how to get organized.

    The online ordering and payment process was great! The Samsung TV is excellent and combined with the price I paid for it made it a terrific value. The in-store pick-up was smooth and hassle-free. The employee at the pick-up counter was friendly, courteous and efficient. When product, price and service are excellent, it's a 5 Star experience!

    I love this tv! If you are a gamer this tv has cloud gaming which is incredible including Xbox game pass games, and other gaming platforms most games are triple A games which is amazing! I truly love this tv it stands out amongst other tvs as a super accessible experience

    We bought this TV to replace the one in our bedroom. Very pleased with our purchase. Set up was easy and as we mounted it higher up on the wall it made viewing a pleasure. The color and clarity of the display is a vast improvement on our old model.
