I got this tv and it was all fine for a while but then after a small toy got the corner the inside cracked and was no good anymore, it slowly started to affect the entire screen until it would just turn on to a black screen. These are very delicate, I wouldn’t buy another curved tv

Bought this TV after doing a couple walk throughs at the local Best Buys and appliance stores in my area. Was set on getting a 4K TV but wasn't sure yet on the size and whether I wanted it curved or flat. After seeing this TV and the price for the first time I had to research it further. I noticed Samsung has a TV out currently with similar specs but its was $100 more expensive at most stores. I found out that Samsung currently has a 6500 and 6490 TV with almost identical specs 55" 4K curved. This TV is the 6490 which in comparing with the 6500 is only missing the bluetooth and the upgraded remote. Everything else is almost identical. For the price difference I figured I could go with out those two features so I went ahead and bought this TV. Couldn't be happier with my purchase ! Took all of about 15 minutes to set up and the picture was fantastic. I have Comcast X1 and everything hooked up seamlessly with the TV ( Tip for Comcast users: Go into the settings of your cable box and upgrade the output to the highest quality I think its 1080P HD currently it helps with the picture ) Live sports are awesome watched football and basketball on it already and its a noticeable improvement form my old set ( samsung LCD ). We rented Wonder Woman and it looked great on the TV, watched it 4 times mostly for Gal Gadot but the TV helped. Video games are excellent on it also, may want to go with a cooler color tone for Video Games but other than that it works well. 110% recommend this TV to anyone on the market for a new one. I like nice things but I like saving money even more and this TV allowed me both. Still dont know if the curve thing helps with the picture quality at all but overall the TV looks and performs great so i would have to say....yes... I guess ?

as stated had problems with internet could not reach a good solution so it Was replaced so far am very happy with Geek Squad service.

While it seems like a good idea. I ended up not liking the curved screen.

Very happy with this TV! Amazing picture quality and easy to setup. Can't really speak for the tv sound because I use it with a Samsung soundbar, which sounds excellent. We watched a 4K uhd movie from amazon and upgraded the Netflix account to uhd and the picture is so brilliant that I got a headache for the 1st few days getting used to it. I think the person who 1 star rated this tv was just having a bad day.

I had this tv for a few months and my 5-year-old threw a small children's book which struck the screen and cracked. I had a Geeksquad protection. At the time, when they sold that protection to me, they told me it will cover any accidental damages. But when I call them they said they don't cover such things.

Stopped working exactly after 1 year warranty. Dont buy this TV.

Don’t buy anything from Best Buy.No good customer service and bad products.

The curved tv is terrible . Gave everyone a headache from watching it

I purchased this tv but had to return it and I was unhappy

I caught this bad boy as an open box for a deal I could not pass up. Hooked it up to my Glacier White PS4 slim with a Rocketfish 4K/HDR HDMI cable, and I am flabbergasted! This TV looks wayyy better with HDR on the PS4 slim than standard 1080p. (You get HDR via PS4 firmware update 4.0 on any model). God of War looks realistic af and GTA V looks like a MOVIE!!! Couldn't be happier with this TV's picture. Looking forward to many eons with this product. Especially when Spider Man drops on PS4 this fall!

Great tv at a great cost, this was definitely a really good upgrade from my old Philips HD tv. I definitely would recommend this tv to anyone looking to upgrade. It's an excellent fit in my bedroom.

Unfortunately when it was no longer working they did not have this with even my Greek squad so they replaced it with a flat tv no curve. Didn’t last long. Not worth it.
