I bought this tv last night as a Black Friday special. I have spent at least 3 hours trying to log in to my Samsung account but it keeps telling me that my email address or password is wrong. I changed my password online because it wouldn't even let me do that from the tv. It still would not accept my login info. I called customer support they logged in remotely to my tv and after a half hour said it could take a day or so for the new tv to recognize my new password.It never even recognized my old password! then i was told to call a seperate number for account support. So they wasted my time since they couldnt clear it up anyway. also the remote is so small that you inadvertently hit more than one button at a time unless you are very careful if that happens it kick you out and you have to begine the sign in process all over again. Im probably bringing it back and buying a sony or anything that is not samsung.

The product is great for a couple years then the volume control goes out and it's nearly worthless unless you want to invest in a soundbar or surround sound system which you can do with any TV including many better than this one.
