It works greatly with my PS4 pro. 4K gaming perfect.

Could not setup all the features. Can’t get to home screen with the remote. Didn’t pair easily with refrigerator or iPhone. Both recognized the tv, but no picture. So bought a Netgear 0bi WiFi and things only got worse from there,

I needed a TV for my home office. I have a nice triangular shaped media cabinet in a corner that I wanted to place a TV on. I decide to go with a Samsung QLED curved unit, not only for the excellent picture / sound quality, but also the aesthetics (important to me). The curved TV looks great in the corner and it certainly has a "cool factor" to it - and the picture is excellent! Before purchasing the Samsung QLED I strongly considered buying an OLED TV but have major concerns with their susceptibility to burn-in. I decided to go with the Samsung QLED units and could not be happier. These new QLED units are fantastic! I was also waiting for Samsung to release their new version "Tizen (TV operating system and application platform) which came out in 2018. I have a 2016 Samsung 65" with their previous version of Tizon and the newer software version has a lot of improvements (e.g. ESPN app, user interface, etc.). I also prefer the raised buttons on their 2018 remotes.

I would actually rate this a 4.5 stars only because of the TV's setup menu. To find certain settings is an egg hunt. It's not very intuitive so until you get used to where everything is, it can take a while. But the picture quality and color are great! But you have to tweak it and calibrate the settings. Out of the box is pretty terrible.

Had to replace our tv and we chose the 55"curved Q7c LED smart 4K UHD tv with HDR. The colors are outstanding! The picture is fantastic! It is so easy to go from UVerse to Netflix, Hulu and other channels. Has voice control. Love it!

I was skeptical about purchasing the Qled instead of the standard curve. It held a hefty price tag and I wasn't 100% I needed it. I brought it home set it up and turned it on, the picture is breathtaking. I immediately disregarded any doubts I had about my purchase. I'm only slightly tech savvy and sometimes forget how to use certain features but always figure them out after a couple tries. Overall I am once again a loyal happy Samsung customer.

I really like the way you can talk to this TV and tell it what to do through the remote. However, I would like it to be easier, or if there is not one, for there to be an alarm which would set the TV to come on in the mornings. I don't seem to be able to find this feature on this television so it may not be there. Other than that the color is beautiful the curved design makes it possible to see from any angle and it's a great TV.

I bought this TV for my bedroom, mostly for gaming on the Xbox One X. The picture and sound of this TV are truly incredible. I have never owned a curved TV before, but am already in love with the immersive feel (it really does make a difference - increasing the closer you sit to the screen). I could not be happier with the purchase.

Pros : Easy to set up. Delivery was made on time by bestbuy team. Great picture quality. Can easily feel the difference of the Q clarity. Great remote control/can be accessed via samsung smart things app easily. Great sound effect. No work for my bose solo 5 after I bought this TV. Cons: No button controls in the TV, can see the curved only if we are very close to the tv.

T.V. has a beautiful picture, sound is good and the curved screen works perfect for the corner of the room. Was very easy to set up but I did need to make adjustments to get the best picture quality possible.

The Samsung delivers a great picture, three levels of volume and four levels of picture display. Great viewing from every angle. easy to use menu displays on tv.

Excellent 4K tv. I’ve had other Samsung smart TVs and this one by far is the easiest to set up. Picture is great!!

Unbelievable picture. TV looks cool on it's own. Don't listen to the remarks about viewing angle, you can see clearly from everywhere in the room.

Let me start with the poorly coordinated Samsung customer service. I called to get help with the picture quality. l got through to customer service quickly and after giving the model # and other details. the CS rep took over the tv remotely and did some adjustments and said he would sent out a one connect wire to fix the problem in 4-6 days. Simple fix, just change wires. Got a call from CS the 7th day still no wire, but the CS went through the same procedure as the first and said I needed a one connect box and I would have it in 5 days he was rushing it out. Again after waiting 7 days still no wire no box. I called CS, same procedure as #1, the box was not necessary, they would rush out a wire which they did, got it the next day. At this point I should mention that the one connect box is great and easy to work with, using and switching inputs is simple, as a matter of fact , the one connect is the best thing about this tv. It is not necessary to reach behind the tv to connect any thing ( except one simple wire). One you do that everything including the power is accessible from the one connect box. Getting back, I switched out the wire and the picture was better, but at times the voice would suddenly lower and then get back to the normal level. I got tired of dealing with CS and and at this point just sent the tv back. I had had enough. The picture quality is very good, is it a 5 star no. It was not worth dealing with CS. On the bright side I'm grateful I bought it from BB. They took it back, no problem. Had I gotten it on line the return and hassle would have been very difficult on large tv.

Tv has great color and detail and the sound bar gives us great sound to go with it.
