Again great TV from Samsung
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was upgrading the size of my TV in the great room and this Samsung tv fit the bill. I like the smart features it has on it . I can cast directly to the TV from my phone or tablet, or laptop. the picture is very crisp and life like. I would buy from Samsung again. All my TV's are from Samsung and have had very little problems from them.

My Favorite Thing Ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spend a lot of time at home and decided to finally invest in a good TV. Not only did Best Buy have a great selection of TVs but they had this one nearly $200 off. Before this, I did not have a TV and I rarely watched anything on Netflix, Hulu, etc. now I’ve caught up on Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, every Marvel series, every movie, the list goes on. I have the Firestick with this as well and the Remote app. I can EASILY say that this is been the best $600 I have ever spent in my life.

Solid TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the sub $500 price, this is an excellent television. Almost idential to the 6300 model minus a couple features like Bluetooth, I wouldn't pay anything close to the normal price. $600 would be pushing it - at and above that price there's other, better values available. With that said... PROS Good color Semi-HDR (more on that in the cons) Good brightness Looks nice CONS Anything approaching the normal price is an overpay Not true HDR - it has HDR and can add a little extra life, but compared to true, full HDR on televisions like Vizio M and P series, 65" Hisense H8C (55" is like this), and the 8000+ series Samsungs this doesn't do much. Edge lit issues (light bleeds through the edges if the screen, uneven distribution of light, local dimming doesn't work well) Doesn't handle motion very well In some high speed scenes, the picture gets extremely choppy, or juttery, giving off a terrible picture. Across the board, it's a solid tv that doesn't necessarily excel to top of its class in most areas, but also doesn't faulted badly in most areas - the jutter and edge lit issues being it's major problems, it's color and brightness being it's calling card. For a budget TV around $500, it's hard to beat. But hit $600 and up, and there's many other choices I'd start looking into.

Nothing but problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has a great price, good sound, and a spectacular 4k picture. Why the 1 star? Lemme tell ya a little story about a man who made not 1, not 2, but 3 trips to Best Buy to exchange this TV for another one. Picture Charlie Brown going to kick the football that Lucy is holding. Because that's what I feel like. If you buy one of these, GET THE PROTECTION PLAN!!! The first TV would go black every 3 to 5 minutes for about 1/2 a second. The 2nd one had a 4 inch line of dead pixels in the top right hand corner of the screen. The third TV? I'm heading up to Best Buy today to meet TV number 3. Needless to say, my expectations are low.

Great picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been looking at 4K TV for a few months but was hesitant in buying one because of the limited 4K content. With this TV it has what is called 4K upscaling which will take standard HD content and convert the pucture close to 4K. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking for a great picture as well as smart TV capabilities.

Love Samsung TVs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 5th Samsung TV purchase - now one in Living Room, Master, 2 guest rooms and porch. Just kind of move the oldest tv to the least desirable room, except that the all TVs are still in great condition with the oldest being 10 yrs. Samsungs are so easy to set up and the picture on this new one is superb (4K!) - so happy!

Great tv
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked up the tv on sale for less than $500. Can't believe that the picture quality is so much better than out old 1080p tv, even with normal programming. We happened to have a Sumsung blue ray player so it syncs well e.g. auto power on and off. As well, we have Samsung phones, so smartcast is convenient and works well.

Fantastic TV for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent picture quality. Blu-ray upconverts nicely - great for effects-heavy movies - and only loses slight color as you move out of the ideal viewing angle. Thin order around the screen, and centered base that doesn't demand a long entertainment center to hold it. Smart features pretty much negate the need for my Amazon Fire Stick.

Best bargain for outstanding TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV's resolution and sound quality is as good if not better than any TV that cost twice as much. My son uses his PS4 on the TV and loves it. Most peoples only complaint it the dainty remote. Doesn't bother me a bit. Don't waste your time looking and searching for the best TV for the money, this is the one. Buy it, buy it, buy it!

Best One Yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my third Samsung 55" TV over the past 6 years. First one, lightning fried it. Second one, grandkids knocked it off of the TV stand. Third one is this one, which is by far the best one yet. So easy to set up and what an absolutely gorgeous picture. I've only had it for a month, but it's definitely true love so far !!

Dad loved it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for Father's Day and my dad loves it! The set up was simple, it is easy for my mom to turn on Netflix (she struggled with the last TV we owned) and I can't even begin with the picture. It is so crisp and clear, that it is like being on set while my dad is watching his Star Trek Voyager. Fantastic television

Good Buy for a Budget 4K TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.About the lowest priced name brand 55" 4K TV. Decent picture and color, but using the remote is a bit tedious. A number pad would be better. Does not seem to upscale older shows very well. Best picture is on live news or sports. Footprint of base is a bit smaller than other brands if that is an issue. Check out this review for calibration settings: https://reviews.lcdtvbuyingguide.com/samsung-led-tv/samsung-ku6300.html

Most bang for the buck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have all 4K TVs at my home even a oled 4k lg but did not want to spend that kind of money too put a TV in my shop for the price this is the best TV I could find I was looking to spend Around $1300 then I found this Samsung 4K even HDR smart TV for around $700. It's seem to be just as good as the TVs around 1300.

Great picture& Easy to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv while it was on sale and I was between this and an LG. I decided to buy this based on referrals from friends. The picture quality was even better when I got it home than it was in the store. It was super easy to set up and took just a little bit to get the picture dialed in to exactly how I wanted it.

This TV Discounted Is A Steal!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a landlord and have recently been furnishing my units. I have purchased 7 of these TV's in the last 6 months. 6270, 6290 & 6300. Bluetooth and the universal remote are the only difference with the 6300. OK it's not full HDR, who cares! I paid $425. for 3 of these (open box never even taken out of the box) and never more than $550. for the other 4 new. The 4k picture is sick!! The native apps like Hulu and Netflix are excellent. A SlingTV or DirecTV now app would complete these. BTW LG just released a SlingTV app for their TV'S (Hope Samsung is next). I also bought a couple of Mohu 50 HDTV antennas to go along with these. Folks cancel your cable! You still need WIFI though. I will close by saying you will love this TV in whatever size you choose. Tip: Update the software and make sure you turn on HDR setting in color menu.

Great TV, Great picture
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having had a Vizio for the past few years I thought I had seen a great picture, but the Samsung is far superior. The crispness of the picture is unrivaled. The ease of setup and use is especially helpful given all the features of this TV. I would recommend this TV to even the most discerning critic.
